On 04-06-2010 Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a Domestic Dispute. Upon their arrival, contact was made with the victim, who stated that she was physically assaulted by a household member. The victim did recieve a bloody nose in the altercation. The above subject was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly.

Vehicle: White 2006 Chevy 2500 Truck
Victim reported that on this date sometime between 6:15pm and 6:30pm some unknown person broke into the above vehicle and attempted to steal it. The suspects unlawfully gained entry by damaging the driver side door lock. Then dismantled the ignition in an attempt to steal the vehicle. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to a domestic altercation between the above subject and his sister-in-law. Investigation and statements showed that the above subject grabbed the victim by the throat and took her keys. She was then able to flee and call or help. The victim reported no injuries resulting from the incident. The suspect was later located and placed under arrest.

Victim reports that between 8:30pm and 9:45pm on April 5th, someone forced entry into their home and stole several items of jewelry, currency and important documents. No suspects or witnesses were known at the time of report.

Deceased: Anthony Anaya, Age:42, Address: #Valle Vista Ct.
On this date at approximately 10:40 AM the victim was fishing at the Nambe Lake. While out on a canoe it capsized and the victim fell in the water and drowned. The incident is still under investigation.
