On June 1, 2010, between 7:00pm and 10:30pm, unknown suspect(s) entered the victim's residence through an unlocked bedroom window. They stole a television and numerous items of jewelry. At the time of report, no witnesses had come forward.

Deputies responded to domestic disturbance and discovered Sims had battered a household member. During the arrest process, Sims became combative and was also charged with Resisting Arrest.

On the above date the alarm system at the victim's residence was activated. Upon Deputies arrival it was discovered that the residence had been burglarized. Items that were taken were valued at $1,000.00. Entry was gained through an unlocked window.

Arrested: Joaquin Leon Mendez - age 51, Santa Fe, NM
The above driver was involved in a roll over motor vehicle crash. He showed signs of impairment and was subsequently transported to St. Vincent's Hospital for treatment. He was admitted due to his injuries. He was released from custody on his own recognizance.

The victim reported that her suitcase was taken from on top of her vehicle, while she and friends ate at Harry’s Roadhouse. The suit case was strapped down, but not locked. It is unknown the identity of the suspect.
