Victim stated sometime between the hours of 1000 and 1330 today an unknown persons burglarized his storage shed and stole an air compressor. Forced entry into the victim's shed was through the door that was pried open. Estimated value of air compressor is $130.00. Estimated damage amount is $70.00.

On 04-01-2010 at about 2:28am, unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain entry into the above location. The suspect(s) attempted to pry open the back sliding window. However, they were unable to gain entry and proceeded to the front of the business. The unknown suspect(s) then threw two large rocks at the front glass door. One of the rocks did break the glass. It did not appear that the suspect(s) were able to gain entry. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Charges: D.W.I. , Possession of a Controlled Substance, Careless Driving
On 03-31-2010 at 5:53pm, the driver was heading southbound on SR 14 approaching SFC RD 45. Driver failed to control the speed and distance of his vehicle subsequently striking a gray Toyota Tundra. Upon making contact with the driver it was observed that he displayed signs of impairment. Standardized Field Sobritey Tests were performed and the driver was subsequently placed under arrest. The driver was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital for a legal blood draw. He was then booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Victim reported that on this date between 7:20pm and 9:25pm while at the above location her vehicle was burglarized. An unknown person used an unknown pry tool to break the passenger side rear window and stole the above listed items. Valued at about $600.00.
