Arrested: Jose Segovia 19yoa and a Juvenile for PV
On the above date, offciers were dispatched to the above location regarding a possible fight in progress. Upon arrival, contact was made with several juveniles and an adult identified as Jose Segovia. Upon running a check on Mr. Segovia, he returned with an active felony arrest order out of the District Court. One of the juveniles at this location had an ankle bracelet and contact was made with the Juvenile Probation Office. They advised that he was in violation and athorized his arrest. Mr. Segovia was booked at the adult detention center and the juvenile was booked at the Juvenile detetion center. For further information, refer to officer's report.

On the above date, the above named officer was called regarding a vehicle parked on the shoulder at the above location. Upon making contact with the driver, he dispayed signs of impairment and had an odor of alcohol. Defendant failed field tests and was arrested and booked at the adult detention center. On the above date, the above officer witnessed the defenant fail to maintain his lane of traffic and conducted a traffic stop. Upon making contact, the officer noted signs of impairment. Defendant failed field tests and was arrested. He was transported and booked at the adult detention center. Charged: Attempt to commit a felony to wit: Kidnapping, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On 9/7/09 victim reported that she was walking on Santa Fe County Rd. 76 when suspect pulled near her in his vehicle. Suspect exited vehicle in an attempt to chase victim, however, victim fled and was able to get away. Victim's father arrived and picked up victim and called 911. Description of vehicle was given and was located 17 minutes later in Arroyo Seco. Suspect admitted to being in the area. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 9/7/09 victim a 13 year old male claims he was standing on street when suspect a 16 year old male exited a vehicle and struck him. Victim claims suspect struck him on the left side of the face with an unknown object. Victim suffered a large laceration near his left ear which required stitches. Unable to locate suspect.

On 9-7-2009 at 5:59 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location at 41 miles per hour in a posted 30 mile per hour zone. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico driver's license is revoked with the arrest clause attached. The suspect was also found to be in possession of an open bottle of Lord Calvert Canadian Whiskey.

On the above date, dispatch advised that they had a caller on the line advising that they were being chased by an unknown person in an unknown vehicle and that unknown person(s) were shooting at them while they were driving at the above location. Officers intercepted the caller and the closest vehicle behind it and made contact with both. The caller and his passengers advised that the vehicle, which they could not discribe and person(s) within the vehicle threw beer bottles and shot at them while they were on South Meadows. Officers proceeded to the area discribed by the caller and could not locate any evidence of broken beer bottles or bullet casings. The other driver and his passenger advised that the caller and his passengers were following them and denied throwing bottles or shooting at them. Concent to search their car was given and no firearm or bullet casings were located. The caller and his passengers had conflicting statements regarding the incident.
