Victim reported that some unknown person(s) took his Grundfos X water pump that was located on the corner of Emory Pass and Richard Avenue. Victim stated that he last saw the pump at about August of 2009. The pump was valued at about $2500.00.

Victim stated sometime between 3/12/10 at 1530 hours and 3/15/10 at 0600 hours, unknown persons burglarized his construction yard located at the above location. Unknown persons gained forced entry by cutting the chain on the gate. Unknown persons gained entry into 2 conex boxes and stole misc. power tools. Estimated value of items taken is $10,500.00. Estimated damage amount is pending.

Suspect: Robert Kempenich 20 Wymas Dr, age 50
Charges: Possession of a controlled substance:, to wit: Marijuana with intent to distribute, Driving while license suspended/revoked, Driving on roadways laned for traffic, No Insurance
On 3/30/10, approx 10:14pm, Suspect was driving a 1986 Ford F-150 truck, bearing Nm plate# JBL-957, and was stopped for weaving. Suspect 's drivers license was found to be revoked/DWI arrest clause. Suspect also had a significant amount of suspected marijuana, that was individually packaged, and had APPROX $6,800.00 in cash. Suspect was arrested, charged, booked accordingly. Vehicle was impounded at the Sheriff's for a Seizure.

On 3/30/10 victim reported that between 2000 hours on 3/29/10 and 0830 hours today unknown person(s) gained entry into her guesthouse through an unlocked door. Victim stated that unknown person(s) took a 47" LG flatscreen TV, a laptop computer, and a desktop computer. Estimated value of items taken is $5298.00.

On 3-28-2010 at 12:10 AM this suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location. The vehicle was stopped after receiving notification from Drunk Busters about the vehicle's operation. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater.

Caretaker stated that his neighbor's residence was burglarized sometime between 3/21/10 and today. Burglars gained forced entry by breaking the window on the southside kitchen door. Caretaker stated burglars stole a 46" flatscreen TV. Estimated value of damaged door and TV is about $3000.00.

Victim reports that sometime between 10:00pm on March 28th and morning of March 29th, two vehicles at the above location were forcibly entered through the door windows and items stolen from inside. No suspects or witnesses were known at the time of investigation.

Deputies responded to a fight call with shots fired. Upon arrival no victims or suspects were located. Witnesses stated a dark colored Ford Expedition was seen leaving the area and one shot was fired into the air from the passenger side. Case is under investigation.
