0209007753 Fraudulent Use Of A Credit Card 08-31-09

 Sometime between 08-28-09 08:00 AM and 08-30-09 1:20 PM someone used the victim's ATM account number to withdrawl money from his account. These transactions took place in California while the victim was here in New Mexico.


0209007738 Residential Burglary 08-31-09

Location: 4600 block of Airport Rd. SFNM

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding the above offense.  Victim advised that unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into her residence.  Once inside suspect(s) stole a case containing approximately fifty (50) CD's.  A neighbor saw a short blonde female wearing a green shirt, attempting to gain access to the victim's residence.  For further information, refer to report.


Case#:  0209007706/ Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Aggravated Assault with Intent to commit a felony/ Date:  08/29/09

Location:  residence off of Spur Ranch Road, Lamy NM

On 8/29/09 victim reported while off roading in the above area, victim was approached by a woman claiming he was on her property.  Suspect exited her vehicle and was holding a firearm.  She raised up her arm and fired one round missing victim.  Victim suffered apparent 1st degree burns on palm of hands, face and eyes.  Victim did not report incident until following day due to being intoxicated.  Suspect is not located at this time.


Case#:  0209007684/ DWI, Driving on roadways laned for traffic, Open Container/ Date:  08/28/09

Location:  SR 599 mm5, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Marshal Romero, age 51, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  DWI, Roadways laned for traffic, Open container

On 8/28/09 suspect was stopped while operating his vehicle on SR 599 near mm 5 where in failed to maintain his lane.  Suspect displayed signs of impairment.  Suspect admitted to consuming serveral alcoholic beverages.  Suspect was found in possession of a bottle of Jack Daniel Whiskey.  Suspect submitted to SFST's and showed signs of impairment.  Suspect was arrested and his BrAC was .10 and .09.  Suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.

Suspect:  Francisco Corral-Urbina, age 45, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery on a household member

On 8/29/09 at about 2015 hours, deputies were dispatched to the Country Club Apts. in reference to a violation of a restraining order.  Upon arrival, victim advised that the suspect just left the area.  Suspect was stopped by other deputies.  Victim advised that suspect wanted to fight with her new boyfriend and that she got between them and suspect grabbed her by the neck and broke her necklaces.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.  The 2 necklaces were found in the suspects pocket.


Case#:  0209007734/DWI, Stop sign violation/ Date:  08/30/09

Location:  SR 14 and Rogersville Road, Cerrillos, NM

Suspect:  Richard Farrell, age 54, Cerrillos, NM

Charged:  DWI and stop sign violation

On 8/30/09 defendant was observed failing to stop the vehicle at a clearly posted stop sign at the intersection of SR 14 and Rogersville Road.  A traffic stop was conducted with the vehicle during which time the defendant displayed signs of impairment by an intoxicant.  Defendant was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 8/30/09 victim claims unknown suspects entered her vehicle and removed 120 Lortabs in a prescription pill bottle.  Victim also stated that suspects removed the license plate from the vehicle.  Victim stated that the vehicle was left unlocked.  Estimated value of items taken is $200.00. 

 


Case#  0209007705 Motor Vehicle Crash (Injury)

Vehicle #1:  Silver,2007, Lexus, SUV

Vehicle #2:  Black, 1998, Toyota, 4-Runner

Driver #1:  Carol Anderson, 57, Santa Fe, NM

Driver #2:  Eve Melmon, 46, Telluride, CO

Charges:  Pending

On 8-29-2009 at 3:20 PM, Driver #1 was operating Vehicle #1 south at the location.  Driver #2 was operating Vehicle #2 north at the location.  Driver #1 fell asleep and allowed Vehicle #1 to cross left of the center divide line.  Driver #2 initiated evasive action (steering to the right) to avoid Vehicle #1.  As a result Vehicle #2 left the roadway on the right side.  Driver #2 over corrected at which time she lost control of Vehicle #2 and rolled two times.  Driver #2, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the Vehicle.  Driver #2 was transported to Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center and admitted.  There was no apparent signs of impairment for Driver #1. Driver #2's sobriety is unknown at this time, pending the results of a Blood Alcohol Test.  Two chidren in Vehicle #2 were uninjured.

 Suspect: Pending

 On thwe above date the victim reported that sometime between 12:00 AM and 08:00 AM on 08-30-09 someone stole her vehicle from the above location. The vehicle was located later on abandoned on interstate 25. There was no damage to the vehicle.
