Victim reported that sometime between 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. yesterday (5-23-10) an unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry into her residence through a window. Stolen from inside the residence was a Jewelry box containing misc. homemade jewelry, an I-Pod and Bose speaker docking station and a white coyote fur coat. Total estimated value of the items stolen is $1,100. No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

On 5/22/10 suspect was seen driving at above location. RECC received 2 calls on a blue in color Cadillac driving recklessly. Contact was made with the suspect in which he displayed signs of impairment. SFST's were administered in which suspect showed further signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent. Suspect agreed to a blood test. Suspect was transported to St. Vincent Hospital for a blood draw pending results. Suspect was then transported to ADC and booked accordingly. Suspect did not have the proper paperwork for the vehicle and no insurance. Suspect did not have a driver's license.

On 5/23/10 Deputies were dispatched to the area of the Ski Basin,in reference to a male drinking in a white1981 Mercedes Benz, bearing NM plate# 13505K. Suspect was located driving on the shoulder, and displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested, and refused a breath test. Booked and charged accordingly.

The above suspect was in a altercation with neighbors. He drove his vehicle around neighborhood and the deliberately drove his vehicle into two parked vehicles, belonging to neighbors. Suspect admitted to consuming 6 beers and intentionally crashing his vehicle into neighbors vehicles

Charges: Battery on a Peace Officer, Possesion of Marijuana
Suspect was walking with several other males. One of the men was carrying a bat and the suspect was wearing a bandana covering his face. The suspect refused to remove the bandana to be identified. The men appeared to be coming from a fight. Deputy attempted to remove the bandana and the male grabbed his wrist. The suspect then began to aggressively move to the deputy. The suspect grabbed the deputy and the deputy deployed his taser. The male was found to have a marijuana in his possession.

Victim reported that sometime between 9:00 p.m. on 5-22-2010 and 9:30 a.m. this morning (5-23-2010) and unknown person stole a blue in color 50cc Searrco ATV from the back yard of the residence. Victim has no further information on the ATV and it could not be entered into NCIC. Victim estimated the value of the ATV at $500.00. No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

Suspect: Robert D. Armijo, age 25, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Assault on a household member (2 Counts), Possession of marijuana over 1 oz/under 8 oz.
On 5/22/10 at 0924 hours, deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at the above location. Upon deputies arrival suspect was found to be highly intoxicated and according to victims, suspect was threatening to hit both of them. Suspect was placed into custody and while handcuffing him behind his back, deputy felt a large item under his shirt. Deputy lifted up shirt to check for weapons and a large item fell to the ground. The item was a white plastic bag which contained a green leafy substance. The green substance tested positive for marijuana. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

An inmate at ADC was undergoing a strip search and attempted to swallow contraband found on her person. The contraband was later identified as cocaine and marijuana. She was charged accordingly.

Victim reported that today (5-21-2010) he departed his residence at 11:00 a.m. and arrived back at approximately 11:50 a.m. to find a heavy-set hispanic male in his mid 30's sitting in a brown mini-van in the driveway. Victim advised that the male was looking for "Greg". When victim told the male there was nobody by that name at this location, he drove away. Victim then noticed that a window on his residence had been broken and unlawful entrance into the residence had been made. Victim advised that his bedroom had been rummaged through although nothing appeard to be missing. No further information at this time.
