On 6-8-2010 at 1:24 AM the victim reported that approximately three weeks earlier she was at the suspect's residence when he made sexual advances towards her. The victim told the suspect to stop and he ignored her. The victim alledges that the supect ultimately removed her clothes and engaged in sexual intercourse with her against her will.

Deputies responded to a fight in progress at the above location. Two victims were located and stated two family members followed them home and battered them with a chain and crow bar. Suspects also damaged the victim’s vehicles then fled the area. This incident is currently under investigation.

The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. There was an open minature bottle of Bacardi Rum in the vehicle. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.
