Victim was awakened to the sound of her car alarm at about 3:30am. Later inspection showed the victim's passenger side window was shattered and a radar detector was missing from inside. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

Victim reported that when she received her monthly bank statement she discovered that two of her personal checks had been reproduced and cashed.  The total amount that the checks were cashed for is $1,746.94.  No supect information is availble at this time.

Victim:  Female, 24, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Male, 50, Santa Fe, NM

On 6-8-2010 at 1:24 AM the victim reported that approximately three weeks earlier she was at the suspect's residence when he made sexual advances towards her.  The victim told the suspect to stop and he ignored her.  The victim alledges that the supect ultimately removed her clothes and engaged in sexual intercourse with her against her will.

Suspect; Leona Roybal   Age: 30  Santa Fe

Deputies responded to domestic disturbance and discovered Leona Roybal had battered a household member causing minor injury. Roybal was arrested and booked without incident.

Victim reports 200 Mits. eclipse was entered  by force through window and purse was taken containing cash and credit cards.  case is under investigation.

Victim reports home was entered by force through side window and two rifles, An SKS and a .22 cal bolt action were reported missing.  Case is under investigation.

Location: Rumbo Al Sur (lower Agua Fria area) Santa Fe NM

Suspects: Pending

Deputies responded to a fight in progress at the above location. Two victims were located and stated two family members followed them home and battered them with a chain and crow bar. Suspects also damaged the victim’s vehicles then fled the area. This incident is currently under investigation.

Deputies responded to burglary in progress.  House sitter walked in to apartment and found suspect in bedroom placing items in duffel bag.  House sitter called 911 and suspect fled prior to deputies arrival.  Case is under investigation.

On 6-6-2010 at 4:29 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor.

On 6-6-2010 at 1:52 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater.  There was an open minature bottle of Bacardi Rum in the vehicle.  The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.
