Victim reported that on this date she noticed that unknown person(s) had gained unauthorized entry into her boarded up garage. A board was removed from a north facing window of the garage. Victim Could not advise if items had been taken from the garage. The actual garage doors are boarded up shut, so only items that could fit through a small window could be taken. Victim stated she did not have any idea when the incident happened and could not provide any suspect information.

Deputies responded to the above lcoation in which the victim reported being strangled by his father during an altercation. Upon conclusion of the call, it was determined there was not enough probable cause at that point to effect an arrest. The investigation is still ongoing and the report will be submitted to the District Attorneys Office for review.

A 53 year old woman was found deceased by family members in her bedroom this date. Family members relayed that the woman had suffered from multiple heart problems and a degenerative back disease. No foul play is suspected.

ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED ON A 2001 TRUMPH MOTORCYCLE WITH EXPIRED REGISTRATION AND NOT WEARING EYE PROTECTION. SUSPECT WAS STOPPED FOR DRIVING VIOLATIONS. INVESTIGATION SHOWED WHERE SUSPECT CONCEALED HIS IDENTITY DUE TO HAVING A SUSPENDED DRIVERS LICENSE, NO INSURANCE AND EXPIRED REGISTRATION. SUSPECT THREW HIS WALLET AWAY FROM AREA TO HIDE HIS FRAUDULENT OUT OF STATE DRIVERS LICENSE AND OTHER GOVERMENT DOCUMENTS. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AFTER HE REFUSED TO COMPLY WITH DEPUTY'S. AND WALLET WAS LOCATED. PASSENGER ON MOTORCYCLE TOOK OFF RUNNING FROM DEPUTY'S AND WAS ARRESTED AFTER FOOT PERSUIT. PASSENGER WAS A JUVENILE AND WAS RELEASED TO HER PARENTS. SUSPECT WAS TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CNTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

ON THIS DATE DEPUTY OBSERVED A BLACK IN COLOR GMC PICKUP, NORTH BOUND ON CERRILLOS ROAD. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT MAINTIANING ITS LANE OF THE ROADWAY. DEPUTY STOPPED THE VEHCILE AND FOUND THE DRIVER, LISTED ABOVE TO BE INTOXICATED (.12BrAC). SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED. INVESTIGATION SHOWED WHERE THE SUSPECT HAD TWO OTHER DWI'S ON HIS HISTORY. SUSPECTS VEHCILE WAS SEIZED. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER WHERE HE WAS BOOKED.
