On the above date, the above officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant who was reported by residence of reving her engine and being suspicious. Upon making contact, the defendant displayed signs of impairment. Defendant submitted to field tests, failed and was arrested. The defendant had a .15 and .14 BrAC and was booked accordingly at the adult detention center.

On the above date at approximately 11:43 AM deputies were dispatched to the above location reference to a violation of a restraining order. Turns out that the suspect assaulted the victim's by wetting them with a water hose. When he was going to be placed under arrest he started resisting the officers. He was placed under arrest and booked on the above charges.

On 8-16-2009 at 1:46 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location. The vehicle matched the descripion of a vehicle involved in a physical altercation south of the location at 1:40 AM. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. The suspect's New Mexico driver's license is revoked with the arrest clause attached and he was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. The vehicle registration should be displayed on a 1997, Ford, pick-up. There were 2 active arrest warrants for the suspect issued out of the Santa Fe Municpal Court.

On 8/15/09 deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash. Prior to arrival deputies were told suspect attempted to run over victim in which he lost control of vehicle and collided with a fence. During investigation, Deputies learned suspect vehicle was travelling at a high rate of speed, victim tossed a weed at the passing vehicle causing driver to become irate. Suspect put vehicle into reverse and attempted to run over the victim. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 08-15-09 at approximately 7:00 AM the victim was found dead in his bedroom. The victim had several illnesses and had been drinking heavy all day. The cause of death is still under investigation.
