On 05-09-2010 the above individual was stopped for no having working tail lamps. Upon running the license plate through dispatch it was learned that the vehicle had been reported stolen to the Santa Fe Police Dept. on 05-08-2010. Upon making contact with the driver he displayed signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On May 8, 2010 at 22:07 hours the above listed individual was observed traveling northbound on state Road 14 in a red in color ford pickup subject was observed failing to maintain his lane of travel, crossing the center divider and fog line several times. subject was placed under arrest after displaying signs of impairment. driver was read the implied consent and refused to submitt to a breath test. Subject was transported to the Santa fFe County Detention Center and booked accordingly.

SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND THE WARRANT WAS SERVED WITH OUT INCIDENT.
