Onn the above date, officers were dispatched to the area of the above location regarding the above investigation. Upon arrival, witnesses and victim had the defendant cornered in the bathroom. Victim advised that the defendant had gotten mad at him for calling him a "Wet Back" just like him and all the other ocupants in the residence. Victim stated that the defendant then pulled a utility knife and swung it at him. The defendant was disarmed prior to officer's arrival. he was then placed under arrest and booked accordingly a the adult detention center. For further informantion, refer to officer's report.

On the above date, the above named officers were dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic arguement. Upon arrival complainant advised that her husband and she had been drinking and that they began to argue. She advised that she wanted him removed form the home. Upon running warrants checks on both, the complainant returning with an active arrest warrant out of the NMSP. She was arrested and booked at the adult detention center. On the above date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendnat for an improper turn. Upon making contact, officer noticed an odor of intoxicant form the defendant. Defendant admitted to drinking prior to the stop and showed signs of impairment during field tests. Defendant also admitted to taking prescription medications. Defendant had a .06 BrAC and refused a blood test and was charged Aggravated DWI. For further information, refer to officer's report.

On 1/27/10 unknown suspects entered residence through front door by prying it open. Suspects entered residence and removed a gas stove, and 3 guitars. Estimated value of items taken is about $6500.00. Estimated damage amount is $200.00.

On 01-27-10 at approximately 11:19 AM deputies were dispatched to #45 Los Pinos Rd. reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival contact was made with the victim who stated that her husband had punched her on the face after they had gotten in to an arguement. Contact was made with the suspect at his residence and he was placed under arrest.

On 1/26/10 victim stated that suspects broke into his residence between 0715 hours and 1900 hours. Victim stated that unknown suspects entered the residence by forcing open the rear door with an ax. Unknown suspects rummaged through the residence and removed 2 flatscreen TVs, an Ipod, 2 laptops, a cell phone, 2 jewelry boxes, misc. jewelry, a Dewalt drill w/case, misc. DVD's. Estimated value of items taken is about $4,510.00. Estimated damage to door is about $500.00.

On 1/26/10 victim reported that 2 Stihl chainsaws, a Kenwood audio stereo and 100 lbs of copper tubing had been stolen. He stated that the chainsaws and the tubing were outside and the stereo was inside his vehicle. Victim stated that he believes his cousin and boyfriend were responsible for the theft. He estimated that value of the items taken to be $1550.00.

On the above date, officer came upon a 1993 Cadilac parked in the middle of the road at the above location. Upon checking the vehicle, the defendant was found passed out in the back seat. Upon awakening the defendant, officer noticed an odor of an alcoholic beverage. Assigned officer attempted to administer field tests to the defendant who advised that he was too drunk. Defendant was arrested and the vehicle was seized due to the defendant having prior DWI arrest. For further information, refer to officer's report.

On 01-22-10 the victim attempted to buy a vehicle through Craigslist on the internet from a subject in the United Kingdom. The victim sent $4,000.00 in a money gram to the suspect. When the suspect got the money he gave the victim a false confirmation number. After that the victim checked in to the purchase and found out the suspect did not exist.
