ON THIS DATE DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO ABOVE LOCATION DUE A DOMESTIC IN PROGRESS.   INVESITAGTION SHOWED WHERE SUSPECT WAS INVOLVED IN MENACING CONDUCT AGAINST HIS GIRLFRIEND AND ROOMMATE.  SUSPEST WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

Stolen: Black Bacbpack, pink I Pod, Flash Drive, red wallet, $40.00 cash, credit cards, blank checks, driver's license.

Value: $315.00

On the above date the victim reported that her someone stole the above items from her unlocked  Ford Freestar. The incident occured at about 8:30pm on July 4th, 2009. The victim noticed the items missing from the vehicle on July 5th, 2009.

Deputy stopped suspect for seatbelt violation and discovered suspect was driving on a revoked license for a prior DWI.  Suspect arrested and booked without incident

 Sometime between 07-02-09 9:00 PM and 07-03-09 10:00 AM someone stole a open air trailer loaded with 10 rolls of chain link fence. The trailer was entered in to NCIC.

On 07-03-09 the victim called our agency to report a residential burglary. The victim reported that on 06-26-09 some forced entry to his residence and stole some money and several firearms. The firearms were entered in to NCIC as stolen.

 On the above date the manager of Garcia Tires reported that one of his empoyees was assigned to deliver 24 tires from the store in Espanola to the store in Santa Fe. This was done yesterday 07-02-09. When he went to inventory the delivery truck eight tires were missing. The tires were tied down so that none would fall out and it was confirmed that 24 tires were loaded in to the truck. The manager suspects the employee of taking the missing tires.

ARRESTED: HECTOR ESPINO-HERRERA, 45 YOA MALE

CHARGES:  POSSESSION OF COCAINE-DWI-DRIVER TOO BE LICENSED-CARELESS DRIVING

ON THIS DATE LT. J. GARCIA OBSERVED VEHICLE NORTH BOUND CERRILLOS ROAD FAILING TO MAINTAIN ITS LANE OF THE ROADWAY.  VEHICLE WAS STOPPED AND DRIVER LISTED ABOVE WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED (.12BrAC)  DRIVER WAS ALSO FOUND NOT TO HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE.  DRIVER WAS ARRESTED AND WAS TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER WHERE HE WAS FOUND TO HAVE COCAINE IN HIS POSSESSION.  DRIVER WAS BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.
