On 4/22/10 at about 1100 hours deputies responded to above location in reference to an unresponsive female. Victim's daughter found victim in her bedroom unresponsive and not breathing and called 911. Victim had a medical history. OMI arrived on scene. No foul play was found.

The above individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 4/23/10 suspect called his sister and threatened to kill her. Suspect was located at a friends house hiding in a closet, and was arrested, charged , booked accordingly.
