On 10/6/09 deputies responded to an armed robbery at above location. Prior to arrival, suspect fled on foot. Upon arrival, employees at above location stated a 25-30 yoa male; 5'10" - 6'0" walked into the establishment and purchased a pack of gum. Employee said as she opened the register the suspect pulled out a handgun demanding money and pointed the gun at her. Suspect then fled the area. Estimated amount taken is pending.

On 10/6/09 victim reported that unknown person(s) kicked open the front door to her housing unit and also forced open the rear security door. Victim said the incident took place on 9/30/09 at around 8 pm. Victim said she had not reported the incident because no items were stolen. Estimated damage amount is pending.

On 10/6/09 deputies were dispatched to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival both suspects were calling eachother anmes and struck on another. Both suspects had injuries. Both suspects were arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 10-04-09 at approximately 9:00 PM a suspect in a red Ford F250 pick up was seen taking a 2004 Kubota Tractor from the above location. It is also possible that the truck the suspect was in was also reported stolen.

Sometime between 10-05-09 4:30 PM and 10-06-09 8:00 AM someone gained entry in to the storage lot at the Cottonwood MHP and broke in to three differnt vehicles. The stereo systems from each vehicle was taken.

Sometime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on 10-05-09 someone gained unlawful entry to the victim's vehicle and stole a Glock 40 Calibur hand gun. Two Juveniles were seen in the area.

Deputies responded to a fight involving two women. After the investigation, it was determined that the above subject was the primary aggressor and she was placed under arrest. She was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital for treatment to some minor injuries and then booked into ADC.

The above driver was stopped for speeding. During the traffic stop, he concealed his identity and gave false information. He consented to his vehicle being searched and there was drug paraphernalia located inside. The driver was placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly.

Deputies came in contact with the above individual who sitting in the driver seat of the vehicle at the above location. The subject had open alcoholic beverage containers in the vehicle and exhibited signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and he refused to submit to a breath test. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

On 10-05-09 the victim reported that she left her residence at about 8:00pm and returned at about 5:45pm, to find her front door open. During the investigation it was learned that the unknown suspect(s) entered the residence by removing a screen from the window next to the door. The unknown suspect(s) then unlocked the door and proceeded to remove the above listed items. Suspect information is pending at this time.
