Sometime between 08:00 AM and 5:00 PM on 01-05-10 someone broke into the victim's residence and travel trailer. Stolen were some power tools, hunting equipment and jewelry.

Charged: Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Heroin
On 1/5/10 deputy was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Ctr. in reference to an inmate being in possession of heroin. A cell check was done on suspects cell in which a blue latex type item fell from inmates pant leg. A black tar substance was located in the blue latex and field tested positive for heroin. Suspect was charged and rebooked on current charges.

On 1/5/10 victim stated between 0830 and 1745 hours unknown persons gained entry to his residence by opening an unlocked window. Victim stated suspects rummaged through his residence and took 2 computer monitors, a laptop computer, a Cannon camera and headphones. Estimated value of items taken is $7600.00.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding a burglary investigation. Upon arrival, victim advised that upon arriving home she noticed that her front door had been kicked in. Upon checking the home, she noticed several items stolen to include prescription drugs, US currency, jewelry, two statues and a vacuum cleaner. The value of the property was estimated at $1,270.00. ON THIS DATE AT THE LOCATION LISTED ABOVE SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED FAILING TO STOP AT POSTED STOP SIGN AT THE INTERSECTION. SUSPECT WAS STOPPED BY DEPUTY AND FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING. DWI OFFICER WAS CALLED TO LOCATION AND HIS INVESTIGATION FOUND SUSPECT TO BE INTOXICATED (.16 BrAC). SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE AN OPEN 24 OUNCE BOTTLE OF CORONA BEER INSIDE MOTOR VEHICLE. SUSPECT WAS NOT ABLE TO PROVID HIS DRIVER'S LICENSE AT THE TIME OF THE TRAFFIC STOP. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER. SUSPECTS VEHCILE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Issac Gonzalez was arrested for Aggravated DWI when he was found in control of a motor vehicle after a report that he was involved in a crash. He showed signs of impairment and had a bac of .16 or greater. No crash involvement but he was parked halfway ont the sidewalk from the roadway.
