ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS STOPPED WEST BOUND AIRPORT ROAD DUE TO A TRAFFIC VIOLATION. INVESTIGATION FOUND SUSPECT HAD A WARRANT OUT OF SANTA FE MAGISTRATE COURT FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY. SYSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON WARRANT AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

On 11-10-09 at 10:56 AM deputies were dispatched to the above location reference to an acctivated alarm and an open door. Upon arrival it was discovered that someone had forced entry to the business. Once inside they started a fire and set off the sprinkler system causing the place to be flooded with water.

Stolen: Video Camera, Digital Camera, $3300.00 cash, assorted Jewelry, Ruger 44 Mag (pistol)
Victim reported that on this date sometime between 10:00am and 1:19pm some unknown person burglarized his residence. It appeared that unlawful entry was gained by prying open the front door. The above items were stolen valued at about $4000.00.

Location: residence off of Rebecca Lane, Santa Fe, NM (off of Old Santa Fe Trail)
On 11/09/09 victim reported unknown suspects gained entry into home by throwing a rock and breaking window. Suspects stole 5 handguns, 1 king size bedspread, and misc. jewelry were taken from inside. Four rifles were removed from its original location and were left by suspects. Rifles were taken as evidence and will be turned into the New Mexico Crime Lab for analysis. Estimated value of items taken is pending.

On 11/09/09 unknown suspects gained entry into residence by breaking glass to front door and opening door. Suspects rummaged through upstairs area of the residence and removed a white linen pillowcase and misc. jewelry from various jewelry boxes. Estimated value of items taken is pending.

Location: 3300 block of Calle Po Ae Pi, Santa Fe, NM
On 11/9/09 unknown suspects entered the clubhouse through the front door. The manager had left the office which is located on the north side of the building at about 1430 hours. Suspects removed a 45" RCA flatscreen television from the livingroom area. Estimated value of item is $1400.00.

On 11/9/09 victim reported between 1545 and 1615 hours unknown persons entered victim's vehicle through an unlocked door and stole a Dell Laptop. Victim advised he has Lojack software which was activated after the theft. Item was entered into NCIC. Value of item taken is $1000.00

Sometime between 11-08-09 11:30 PM and 11-09-09 06:00 AM Someone gained entry to several vehicles at the above location. One of the vehicles was a Santa Fe County Sheriff's Unit. There were no signs of forced entry.

On this date at approximately 12:57 PM a couple of grounds keepers drove up to the above address and noticed a male subject walking out from behind one of the houses. When they asked him what he was doing there he stated he was a plumber looking for an address. He then took off running and got in a black vehicle and fled the area. The grounds keepers later discovered that the residence had been burglarized.

On the above date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for failure to maintain her lane of traffic. Upon making contact, the defendant displayed signs of impairment and failed field tests. Defendant was arrested and had a BrAC of .14 and was booked accordingly at teh adult detention center.
