Victim reported that on this date some time between 5:30pm and 6:30pm some unknown person broke her front passenger window on her silver 2007 Honda Fit and stole her purse containing the above items valued at about $860.00, as she was out for a walk.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival Deputies learned through investigation that the Suspect had battered the victim.
Suspect was arrested in and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Center.

Victim reported that sometime between 9:30 p.m. on 4-14-10 and 9:00 a.m. today (4-15-10) an unknown suspect(s) broke the drivers side door window to her 2009 Toyota Scion and entered into the vehicle. The suspect(s) then stole a pair of sunglasses, I-POD, Amplifier and speakers (Total approx. value $1,070). No suspect or witnesses information is available at this time.

Victim stated sometime between 1500 hours on 4/14/10 and 0720 hours today, unknown persons burglarized two of her vehicles and stole a garage door remote, red/black seat covers, misc. CDs and a black wallet. Victim stated that her vehicles were not locked at the time of the burglary. Estimated value of items taken is $220.00.

Victim reported that on this date at about 7:20pm his was involved in a domestic disturbance in which the suspect hit him in the forearm with a potted plant. Suspect then grabbed victim by the mouth and chin causing minor injury. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On 4/14/10 between 0830 and 0900 hours unknown persons took victim's vehicle a 2007 red in color Chevrolet Silverado pick up which was parked in her driveway. Victim stated that her son went to start the vehicle and left it running while he went to retrieve some tools that he needed. Victim stated that when he returned the vehicle was gone. Estimated value of the vehicle is $17,000.00. Vehicle was entered into NCIC.

Charges: Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member (Felony)
On Wed 4/14/20010, approx 0324hrs/a.m. Deputies responded to NM 599/CR62, in reference to a domestic dispute, in which the suspect was beating up his 25 yr old girlfriend while she was driving. The 911 caller, who is the suspects brother was a rear passenger, and he tried to stop the suspect. Suspect made his girlfriend pull over, and told his brother to get out. The brother advised that they were staying at the Motel 6, where Deputies located the couple. The female was severly beaten, as she sustained a broken nose, a black eye, numerous cuts/bruises to her face, and a possible dislocated jaw. Suspect claimed her ex-boyfriend did it.Suspect was arrested, charged, booked accordingly. Victim was transported to St. Vincent Hospital ER for treatment.
