On 12/31/09 victim reported that while they were skiing at the Santa Fe Ski Basin unknown persons gained entry into their vehicle by prying open the rear window latch disabling the lock. Victim stated that unknown persons took women's purses with misc. items, a PS3 game system, an engagement ring and wedding band, mens engraved wedding band and other misc. jewelry, Verizon mini notebook laptop, 45 DVD's and a wallet. Estimated value of items taken is $19050.00. Estimated damage amount is $1000.00.

On 12/31/09 deputy was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash, investigation revealed suspect was operating vehicle in a reckless manner causing his vehicle to rollover through a fence at 506 Dinkle Road and also hit a concrete retaining wall causing heavy damage. Suspect was then arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 12-31-09 between the hours of 09:30AM and 12:30PM the suspects forced entry to the residence through the rear garage door. Once entry was gained the suspects stole a 40 inch flat screen TV and a Gateway Laptop Computer.

On 12/30/09 victim reported that between 0700 and 2000 hours unknown persons pryed open the front door and stole several firearms and a 46" Vizio television. Firearms were entered into NCIC. Estimated value of items taken is $4700.00. Estimated damage amount is $1000.00.

Unknown suspects gained entry into residence by prying open the front door. Suspects rummaged through residence and removed a Dell desktop computer,, 25 DVD's, autographed footballs and basketballs. Estimated value of items taken is $5350.00. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

On 12/30/09 victim reported that between 1320 and 1530 hours, unknown suspects had gained entry into his residence through an unlocked door. Victim stated that unknown suspects took a Wii game system with controllers, 3 watches, a camera, checkbook, a day planner and misc. cards. Estimated value of items taken is $4640.00. Evidence was located at the scene.

Vehicle was left at above listed address after it was involved in a rollover crash. Victim claims vehilcle was last seen on December 25, 2009. Victim arrived to check on vehicle on this date and discovered it was gone. Vehicle is a 1998 Ford Mustang estimated value is $6000.00.

On 12-30-09 at approximately 7:40 a.m. deputies responded to a report of an abandon vehicle which appeared to have been set on fire at the above location. Upon officers arrival a 1986 Porsche bearing New Mexico License Plate KSM629 was located and it appeard to have been intentionally set on fire. The owner was contacted and further investigation into this matter is pending. No further information is available at this time.

On the above date a deputy was dispatched to the above location at 12:06 PM reference to an activated alarm. Upon arrival the suspect was seen coming out from behind the residence. When questioned why he was there the suspect fled on foot and was apprehended later on after being pursued by several officers. No entry was gained in to the residence.

Victim reported that sometime between the hours of 5:45 p.m. on 12-29-09 and 7:00 a.m. on 12-30-09 an unknown person(s) broke the front passanger window on a 2008 Toyota Corolla and entered into the vehicle. The suspect(s) removed the vehicle documents from the glove box and the spare tire from the trunk, which were located in the area. The only item that appears to have been stolen is the tire tool which is valued at $25.00. No suspect or witness information is available at this time.
