On 12/30/09, suspect was driving a 1977 Chev C-10 truck, black in color, bearing NM plate# 628-NZH, and stopped in the middle of the road. Suspect displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. Suspect refused to take a breath test. Upon inventory of vehicle, the drugs and pipe were found. Suspect charged, booked accordingly.

On 12/29/09 suspect was involved in an argument with her mother after returning home. Suspect attempted to leave the residence but was not allowed to by her mother. A physical altercation ensued between the two and suspect shoved victim and proceeded to knock television off of the entertainment center. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center.

On 12/28/09 victim stated taht he got into an argument with is son over his son's behavior. Suspect began yelling at his mother. and victim told suspect not to talk to his mother like that. Suspect then turned victim and grabbed him by his shirt and a pushing match ensued. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. At ADC guards located a small amount of a green leafy substance on suspect.

Deputies responded to a 911 call reporting a domestic dispute. Upon arrival deputies learned that Shawn Lopez had battered a household member. He was arrested for Battery against a household member and a small amount of marijuana was found on Lopez during the booking process. He was charged accordingly.

Suspect was served with warrant out of Deaf Smith County, State of Texas for Credit Card Abuse. Suspect was also charged with being a Fugitive from Justice. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on new charges.
