Charged:  Driving while license suspended/revoked

On 6/19/09 suspect was observed driving a motor vehicle and appeard to be intoxicated.  A traffic stop was initiated and suspect was found to be operating a vehicle while license was revoked as per the arrest clause.  Suspect was arrested without incident and vehicle was seized.  Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Sometime between Thursday 06-18-09 8:00 PM and Friday 06-19-09 8:00 AM some broke in to the victim's residence at the above location and stole several expensive brand new appliences.

On 06-19-09 a female suspect  altered a perscription by adding 136 more pills to the prescription given to her by the doctor. When the pharmasist saw it he called the doctors office to varify and was told that it had been altered. The suspect left before Law Enforcement arrived on scene.

Arrested: Saul Martinez - age 19, Chimayo, NM

Arrested: Natasho Montoya - age 22, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to a loud party in which there subjects reportedly yelling and throwing bottles.  The above subject (Martinez) was at the scene and placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. The second subject (Montoya) was placed under arrest for battering her ex-boyfriend. Both subjects were booked into ADC accordingly.

The above subject was found wandering the roadway under the influence of intoxicating liquor. She was found to have an active arrest warrant. She was arrested and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Casey Nichols - age 37, Glorieta, NM

The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain lanes and exhibited signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and he submitted to a breath test - results were .05 and .05. He was transported to St. Vincents hospital for a blood draw to check for the presence of any other drugs. The results are still pending. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

Arrested: Emmanuel Aparcicio - age 24, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to a 911 hang up and came upon a domestic dispute. The investigation showed that the above subject battered his girlfriend and prevented her from calling 911 at one point. The subject was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Location: Puebla Colinas- Edgewood,NM

On 06-18-09 the complainant stated that he arrived at the residence to check on it. The complainant stated upon entering he found that someone had gained entry into the residence and lit the carpet on fire. It is believed the unknown suspects had gained entry through a window which was pried open. The residence was vacant at the time and no witnesses had been located.
