Driver was onbserved traveling on US-84-285 and was failing to maintain his lane of travel. Upon contact with the driver the odor of intoxicating liquor was discovered on his breath. Driver was administered SFST and showed signs of impairment in all phases, and was placed under arrest and advised of the implied consent. Driver submitted to a breath test the results were .20/.19

On the above date, the above listed Officer responded to the above location regarding the above offense.  The defendnant assaulted the victim and was resistant to officers.  He was arrested and booked at the adult detention center.

On the above date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for crossing the center line while turning onto Mutt Nelson.  Upon making contact the officer noted signs of impairment.  Defendant failed field tests and was arrested.  Defednat also refused to take a breath test and was charged Aggravated.  Defendant was booked accordingly at the adult detention center.

On the above date, the defendant called in to report that he was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the above location.  Upon making contact, the defendant admitted to drinking a bottle of wine prior to the crash.  Defednant failed field tests and was arrested.  the defendant had a .16 and .15 BrAC and was booked accordingly at the adult detention center.

CHARGES:  AGGRAVATED DWI, SPEEDING, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC

ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED SPEEDING (67MPH / 55 MPH) SOUTH BOUND ON STATE ROAD 14 AND WAS NOT ABLE TO MAINTAIN HIS LANE OF THE ROADWAY.  SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING.  INVESTIGATION FOUND SUSPECT TO BE INTOXICATED (.20 BrAC) AND HE WAS ARRESTED.  SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

ITEM STOLEN:  1992 WESTER HORSE TRAILER, WHITE IN COLOR, VALUED AT $2,500.00

ON THIS DATE VICTIM CALLED AND REPORTED THAT BETWEEN 1830 HOURS & 2100 HOURS THIS DATE, UNKNOWN PERSON (S) REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED HORSE TRAILER, WHICH HE HAD PARKED FOR SALE AT THE INTERSECTION.  TRAILER WAS ENTERED INTO THE N.C.I.C. SYSTEM AS STOLEN.  CASE IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

ON THIS DATE A SECURITY OFFICER REQUESTED DEPUTY'S TRO COME TO HIS LOCATION DUE TO SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY.  DEPUTYIES ARRIVED AND INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECT WAS ANFORMER EMPLOYEE AND WAS USING KEYS TO ENTER THE BUILDING.  SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED LEAVING THE BUILDING BY SECURITY OFFICER AND REFUSED TO STAY THERE WHILE HE CALLED TO REPORT IT.  SUSPECT ADMITTED TO BEING THERE AND WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED

On 09-10-09 Deputies were dispatched to an unresponsive male. Santa Fe County Fire were unable to revive the victim. Office of the Medical Examiner was contacted and arrived on scene. The victim was cleaning a burned out trailer at the time of the incident. There were no signs of foul play.
