OnVictim reported that sometime between 6-4-09 at 5:00pm and 6-6-09 at 5:00pm some unknown person(s) shattered all the windows to his 1988 Chevrolet Komfort Motor Home. The suspects also spray painted “sur13” on the driver side of the motor home. The victim was away from her home between 8:30am and 9:00pm on June 9, 2009. When she returned, she found her house had been forcibly entered and several items missing from inside. At the time of report, there were no suspects or witnesses known.

On this date deputy's were sent to the above listed location due to a domestic in progress and there was battery. investigation showed where above listed suspect was involved in an agurment over some rigns that were in lay away. Victim reported she was on the phone with her daughter when suspect became irritated. Victim had a swollen eye from being hit. Suspect admitted to stricking victim. Suspect was arrested and taken to the Adult Detention Cneter on the above listed charges.
CASE 0209005052 / AGGRAVATED BATTERY AGAINST A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER (GREAT BOBILY HARM), FALSE IMPRISONMENT / 06-09-2009

ON THIS DATE VICTIM CALLED TO REPORT A DOMESTIC BETWEEN HER AND HER 28 YOA EX-BOYFRIEND. DEPUTY'S ARRIVED AND FOUND THAT THE SUSPECT HAD FLEED THE AREA. VICTIM REPORTED THAT SUSPECT HAD CAME OVER TO HER HOUSE AND ATTACKED HER AND WAS CHOKING HER AND STRUCK HER ABOVE THE LEFT EYE. VICTIM REPORTED THAT SUSPECT WOULD NOT LET HER LEAVE THE HOME, DUE TO A PENDING COURT CASE AGAINST THE SUSPECT FOR ANOTHER BATTERY. SUSPECT WAS REPORTED TO BE INTIOXICATED AT THE TIME. VICTIM REPORTED THAT THEIR TWO SMALL CHILDREN WERE IN THE HOUSE, BUT ASLEEP DURING THE ATTACK. SUSPECT WAS NOT LOCATED AT THIS TIME AND THIS CASE IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION.

On this date victim reported that yesterday evening she took some medication, which made her fall asleep. When she woke up she found where some unknown person had sex with her. She stated she woke up and found her paints were about half off and there was semen on her and the bed sheets. Victim was transported to St. Vincents for treatment and case is under investigation at this time.

On 6/9/09, 0019hrs/am, Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic dispute, in which a mother was fighting with her two adult daughters.One of the daughters stated that her mom was verbally abusing her, and phisically attacked her. Daughter defended her self, and knocked her mom to the ground, causing her fracture her nose/blackeyes. Mother was treated at St. Vincent Hospital, and arrested, charged, booked accordingly.

Charges: Felony DWI, Abandonment or Abuse of a Child (2 Counts)
Deputies responded to 911 calls reported a reckless driver. Deputies intercepted the vehicle at the intersection of Rodeo Road and Avenida de Las Campanas. The driver was identified as Karen Quintana. The driver was found to have consumed alcoholic beverages and had 3 prior DWI arrests. The defendant was arrested and later submitted to a breath test with the results being .16 and .16 respectively. The defendant had two 14 year old children as passengers in the vehicle at the time of the incident. The defendant was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Jail.

The victim reported that somone used her Driver's License and Social Security card to obtain employment at several spas around the Santa Fe and Espanola area. The victim stated that the IRS levied her Federal Tax Refund for taxes not reported on W2's from the other locations of employment. The victim denied working at any of the locations reported by the IRS and wanted to document the incident.
