On the above date the victim reported that thier son had a large party at the residence while they were out of town. During the party some subjects stole several items from the residence. They were comfronted by the owner's son and a fight broke out. The items that were stolen were recovered from a vehicle that one of the suspects was driving when he was arrested for some other charges. He is currently in jail for those other charges.

On the above date at 07:18 AM a male subject in a black hooded sweat shirt and ski mask walked in to the Allsups Store on Airport Rd. with a large knife and rubbed them of a large amount of money. The suspect fled the area before Law Enforcement arrived on scene.

On June 6, 2009 at approximately 9:00 a.m. as the above suspect was being booked at the Santa Fe County Detention Center on a seperate incident, he was found to be in possession of 3 credit cards that did not belong to him. Upon contacting the person who's name appeared on the credit cards, it was discovered that the cards were stolen during a recent burglary. The suspect reported to the handeling deputy that he purchased the credit cards from an unidentified male last night and planned on using them to purchase a Playstation 3. The suspect was booked at the detention center on the charge of Fraudulent Transfer or Receipt of a Credit Card.

On June 6, 2009 between 1:45 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. an unidentified passenger of a small black compact vehicle (no further information), was seen shooting an unknown firearm (possibily a pellet gun), out the left rear window as it was traveling west on Airport road. A projectile from the weapon that was being shot struck the left rear windows of two vehicles that were traveling east on Airport Road. No injuries were sustained by the occupants of either vehicles although both windows shattered causing approximately $200.00 in damage to each vehicle. The black vehicle was not located in the area and no suspects have developed at this time.

Deputy initially responded to an activated alarm at the above residence and located a forced open front door. The responsible party arrived on scene and determined that it did not appear that entry was made as nothing appeared disturbed. Damage to the front door was estimated at $1000.00. No witnesses or suspects are available at this time.

CHARGES: ASSAULT OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, RESISTING AN OFFICER, BUYING SELLING GIVING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR
On this date suspect was drinking at a freinds house when his mother arrived and took him home. Suspect got up set and stated he was going to move out and then he started breaking windows and punching wholes in the walls. Suspects mother and father tryed to get him to stop it and then he started fighting with them and his father had to hold him down on the floor. Deputy's arrived and suspect would not comply with their instructions and be came egressive with them and had to be taking into custody at that point. Suspect was transported to the Adult Detetion Center where he was booked on above listed charges.

On 6/6/09, while Deputies were investigating a fight, suspect drove past in a 1994 Chysler LHS, bearing NM Plate# JLS-130. suspect was found to be highly intoxicated, and was arrested, charged accordingly. Suspect refused to take a breath test, stating that he knew he would not pass any way.

On 6/5/09, suspect was driving a 2000 Ford F-150, bearing NM plate# JGZ-551 thru a sobriety check point, and was found to be impaired. Suspect was arrested, charged, booked accordingly.

ARRESTED: MARK L. CATANACH, 46 YOA MALE
CHARGES: POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE TO WIT: COCAINE, AGGRAVATED DWI, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERANLIA, IMPROPER CONDITION OF MOTOR VEHICLE.
On this date deputy observed a vehicle east bound on Rodeo Road with a burnt out head light. Deputy turned around and followed vehicle and observed it weaving within its lane of the roadway. Deputy stopped vehicle and requested a DWI officer after talking with driver. Deputy Nissen arrived and took over investigation and found that the driver was impaired. Driver was arrested and refused a breath test. Driver was found to have the following items in his possession: crack cocaine, cocaine, drug paraphernalia. Driver was also found to be a registared sex offender and in possession of pornographic material. Suspect was arrested on above listed charges and transported to the Adult Detention Center. Case is still under investigation at this time.
