ON THIS DATE AROUND 0223 HOURS, VICTIM ARRIVED AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION AND FOUND HIS FRONT DOOR OPEN TO HIS HOUSE. LOCATION WAS CHECKED BY DEPUTIES AND THEY FOUND NO SIGNS OF FORCED ENTERY. VICTIM REPORTED THAT NOTHING WAS MISSING TODAY, BUT WANTED TO REPORT THAT SOMEONE HAD ENTERED HIS HOUSE YESTERDAY AND REMOVED OVER 100 DVD'S (UNKNOWN VALUE). VICTIM REPORTED THAT HE DID NOT REPORT THE BURGLARY YESTERDAY, BUT DUE TO THE SUSPECTS COMING BACK TONIGHT HE WANTED TO REPORT IT. UNKNOWN WHEN YESTERDAY THIS BURGLARY HAD HAPPENED. CASE IS PENDING AT THIS TIME.

ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS LOCATED AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION. SUSPECT WAS INTOXICATED AND WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH DEPUTIES TAHT WERE THERE DUE TO A DOMESTIC CALL FOR SERVICE. DURING A TERRY FRISK SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE IN HIS POSSESSION THREE TABLETS OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE AND HE DID NOT HAVE A PERSCRIPTION FOR THE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED FOR THE CHARGE LISTED ABOVE AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER WHERE HE WAS BOOKED.

Arrested: Jose Segovia 19yoa and a Juvenile for PV
On the above date, offciers were dispatched to the above location regarding a possible fight in progress. Upon arrival, contact was made with several juveniles and an adult identified as Jose Segovia. Upon running a check on Mr. Segovia, he returned with an active felony arrest order out of the District Court. One of the juveniles at this location had an ankle bracelet and contact was made with the Juvenile Probation Office. They advised that he was in violation and athorized his arrest. Mr. Segovia was booked at the adult detention center and the juvenile was booked at the Juvenile detetion center. For further information, refer to officer's report.

On the above date, the above named officer was called regarding a vehicle parked on the shoulder at the above location. Upon making contact with the driver, he dispayed signs of impairment and had an odor of alcohol. Defendant failed field tests and was arrested and booked at the adult detention center. On the above date, the above officer witnessed the defenant fail to maintain his lane of traffic and conducted a traffic stop. Upon making contact, the officer noted signs of impairment. Charged: Attempt to commit a felony to wit: Kidnapping, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On 9/7/09 victim reported that she was walking on Santa Fe County Rd. 76 when suspect pulled near her in his vehicle. Suspect exited vehicle in an attempt to chase victim, however, victim fled and was able to get away. Victim's father arrived and picked up victim and called 911. Description of vehicle was given and was located 17 minutes later in Arroyo Seco. Suspect admitted to being in the area. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
