Arrestee: 17 YOM

Deputies were dispatched to the Pojoaque High School in reference to a fight between two students. Upon investigation, it was determined the offender also struck a school personnel on the face (a fourth degree felony). Incarceration was authorized by J.P.O. and the juvenile offender was placed under arrest. 


2024000556/Aggravated Burglary-Criminal Damage-Larceny/1-30-24

Handling Deputy: A. Gallardo

Address:Vista Point Road, Santa Fe County

Victim: Life Healing Center

Deputies were dispatched to a report of Burglary. Upon investigation, it was discovered, an unknown person(s) forced a door open and stole several tools. No suspect information is available at this time. 


2024000559 / Warrant service / 01-30-2024

Deputy assigned: G. Perez

Commander entering: Cpl. J.War

Location: 225 Montezuma Ave Santa Fe, NM (1st Judicial District Court)

Arrested:Tracy Martinez, 50 YOF

Defendant appeared for Pre Trial Services who utimately drafted a warrant for her arrest. Defendant was taken into custody and transported to Santa Fe County Jail without incident. 


2024000542 Agg. Burglary, Kidnapping, Agg. Battery 1-30-24

Assigned: J. Watson 

Entering; Sgt. E. Webb 

Location: W. Gutierrez St (Pojoaque)

Deputies were dispatched to W. Gutierrez in reference to a disturbance just after midnight. Upon arrival Deputies met with Pojoaque Police. They were advised a female was reporting that she had been attacked and forced into her own residence. During which time, she was held captive and handcuffed for several hours. Detectives were activated and are actively investigating the case at this time. 


Case#2024000541 Agg. Assault 1-30-24

Entering: Sgt. E. Webb Jr. 

Location: Apache Ridge Road, Santa Fe

Arrested: Ambrosio Bustamante 28 yoa male, Espanola 

Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance at about 11:50 p.m. on 1-29-24. Deputies arrived and conducted an investigation. which revealed the subject was at his friends house playing games and consuming alcoholic beverages. An argument took place and the subject retrieved a handgun from his person and pointed it at his friend and threatened to shoot him. Subject and his friend then engaged in a physical altercation. The subject was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident. 


2024000528, Remand order, 1/29/2024

Deputy: J.Saurez-Rivera

Commander: Cpl. S Coles

Location: District Court (Santa Fe)

Suspect: Martin Gage 62 YOM

Arrived at pretrial service and was found to have a remand order. Taken into custody and transported to the Santa fe county adult detention center where he was booked in accordingly without any further incident.


Case#2024000524/Larceny/1-29-24

Handling Deputy: A. Gallardo

Entering Commander: Corporal D. Martinez

Address: N. Chamisa Drive, Santa Fe County

Victim: 56 YOF

Deputies were dispatched to a report of Larceny. Upon investigation, an unknown person stole the Victim's vest as she left it in the lobby, while attending an appointment. The Victim also had a mouth guard in the pocket the vest. There is no suspect information at this time.  


Case #2024000523 / Battery Upon a Peace Officer - 1/29/2024

Deputy Assigned: D. Lovato 

Commander Entering: Cpl. A. Hancock 

Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility 

Arrested: Nathan Warner (32 YO)

Deputies were dispatched to the detention facility due to an inmate battering a Correctional Officer by wrapping his arm around the Officers neck when the suspect was being restrained. Suspect was charged accordingly. 


Case #2024000522 / Criminal Damage - 1/29/2024

Deputy Assigned: J. Watson 

Commander Entering: Cpl. A. Hancock 

Location: S Camino Seco (Espanola) 

Deputies were dispatched to the residence in reference to a larceny due to the homeowner advising she heard a grinding noise coming from outside and seeing a flashlight under her truck. Deputies arrived and observed the catalytic converter cut, but still attached to the vehicle. Victim estimated the damage to be $1300. No suspect could be identified. 


Case#2024000520/Warrant Arrest/1-28-2024

Handling Deputy: A. Gallardo

Entering Commander: Corporal D. Martinez

Address: NM-14

Arrestee: Chris Manzanares 44YOM

Deputy Gallardo conducted a traffic stop. Upon contact with the driver, Mr. Manzanares, it was discovered that he had a valid warrant for his arrest. The warrant is for failing to appear on original charge of Following Too Closely. Mr. Manzanares was placed under arrest with incident.
