Deputies on patrol were contacted by a citizen who informed the Deputy that a male was pushing a Home Depot cart with items he had shoplifted from the retail store. A Deputy made contact with the individual to gather information on the items in the cart. The individual provided the Deputy with a false name and then finally provided his real name. It was determined he concealed his identity to cover an active warrant for his arrest. The individual later admitted to shoplifting the items from Home Depot and was placed under arrest and transported to Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility

Stolen: Car parts, furniture, lumber.
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival it was learned the suspect unlawfully entered the location and took the above items.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a cardiac/respiratory arrest call. Upon arrival, it was learned the deceased was not conscious or breathing. The deceased co-workers attempted CPR and was later taken over by SFC medics without success. Foul play is not suspected. OMI was contacted. The next of Kin has been notified..

Arrested: Ramon Garcia, 27YOM, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, it was learned the above suspect unlawfully took the victim's camper trailer. The camper trailer was located and returned to the victim. The suspect was found in possession of the camper trailer. He was arrested, transported, and booked accordingly without incident.

Suspect was found sitting inside a vehicle passed out with the driver side door open. The passenger side window was also observed to be shattered. The owner of the vehicle was contacted and advised no one should have been in the vehicle. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.

Deceased: Dennis O'Rourke (63 YO)
Deputies responded to the residence for a male who was not conscious or breathing and reported to show obvious signs of death. Investigation was conducted and revealed there were no signs of foul play.

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a theft of a motor vehicle in progress. The reporting party advised a female drove off with her vehicle heading towards US 84- 284. Deputies were able to locate the vehicle pulled over on the side of the road of US 84-285. When deputies approached the vehicle the driver Miss. C De Baca attempted to flee on foot. Miss C. De Baca was apprehended and taken into custody. She was transported and booked into Santa Fe ADC.
