On 09-27-09, the victim reported that between 09-25-09 at 6:00pm and today at 2:30pm, unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence. The victim stated that upon entering the residence she noticed that a rock was thrown through the kitchen window. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) rummaged through the victims sons belongings. It did not appear anything was taken at this time. Suspects are pending in this matter.

Suspect: Patrick Trujillo Age: 49 Santa Fe
Patrick Trujillo was arrested for DWI after he was found in control of his vehicle parked in front of a residence on Camino Charro and showed signs of impairment. He also had open containers of alcohol in his possession. His vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County DWI seizure ordinance. His bac was .08 or greater.

On 9-26-09 around 2337 hours, suspect was observed parked at the above location in front of a vacant home. He was checked on and found to be intoxicated. He was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test. The results were .18 brac. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

The above driver was stopped for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, the driver concealed her identity. She was placed under arrest and also found to have an active arrest warrant. She was booked into the Adult Detention Center accordingly.

On 09-24-09 the victim reported that a white van was seen in the area driving by the residence. Suspects are pending in this matter.

ON THIS DATE DEPUTIES WERE SENT TO ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DUE TO A TIP FROM DRUNK BUSTERS ABOUT A RECKLESS DRIVER IN A BLACK IN COLOR MUSTANG. AS DEPUTY'S WERE SOUTH BOUND ON STATE ROAD 14 SUSPECT ALMOST HIT THEM DUE TO SUSPECT DRIVING NORTH BOUND IN THE SOUTH BOUND LANE. DEPUTIES WERE ABLE TO STOP THE SUSPECT VEHICLE BY BLOCKING HIM IN TO STOP HIS ACTION. THE SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED (.21 BrAC) AND WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A $1.00 BILL WHICH CONTAINED WHITE POWDER COCAINE IN HIS POCKET. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECT DID NOT HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE AND HAD AN OPEN CAN OF BEER. SUSPECT WAS ALSO FOUND TO HAVE A WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST AFTER HIS IDENTITY WAS CONFIRMED. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES
