On the abbove date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding a possible drunk driver. Upon making contact with the defendant he displayed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking. Defendant failed field tests and was arrested. He had a .06 BrAC.

On 3/27/09 Victim was found with a single gunshot wound to the head. Victim was located by her estranged husband as he arrived to retrieve some belongings from the residence. Victim was located in the master bathroom with a Kimber .45 caliber handgun in her hand. Paramedics arrived on scene and attempted to resucitate the victim. Victim was later pronounced deceased by OMI. Investigations was called to scene and took over investigation.

On 3/29/09 deputy made a traffic stop in which suspect was a passenger in the vehicle. Suspect was found to have an active bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failure to attend alcohol screening/interview. Suspect was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 3/29/09 victim proceeded to the Quik Stop Chevron to pump gas into his motorcycle. Victim stated that he went inside to pay for the gas when a male on another motorcycle got onto his motorcyle and fled the area in an easterly direction on Rodeo Road. Victim stated that he had left his key and helmet on his motorcycle. The motorcycle a 2005 Yamaha black in color was entered into NCIC.

Charged: DWI, Careless Driving, Duty upon striking fixtures and other property upon a highway, Immediate notice of accidents, Driver must be licensed, Vehicles subject to registration, Mandatory proof of financial responsibility
On 3/27/09 at 1858 hours, suspect while traveling westbound on Roberts Drive lost control of his vehicle driving off of roadway and struck metal barbwire fence. Suspect after the crash fled the scene without notifying the owner of the property. Suspect was located and transported to Kaseman Hospital. Suspect displayed signs of impairment and had an odor of intoxicating beverage emitting from his breath. Suspect admitted to drinking 5 shots of EMJ prior to crash. Suspect was given alternative field sobriety tests and displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and requested to submit to a legal blood draw. DMV records showed suspect did not have a driver's license. Suspect's vehicle was not properly registered or did not have insurance.

On 3/27/09 victim advised that she received infornation from Bank of America advising that someone had accessed her account in which changes were made to the address and telephone number. Victim advised that the bank took precautions and cancelled her credit card. Victim did a credit report check and found that someone attempted to utilize her information for a loan. Experian had obtained the information and obtained a wrong address in Florida. Experian is conducting an investigation.

Victim reported that between 9:00 a.m. om 3-27-09 and 8:30 am on 3-28-09 an unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry into her residence and stole a Crystal wine Decanter set, RCA 42" TV, a 24" TV and a purse. There is no suspect or witness information at this time.

On 3-28-2009 at approx. 8:25 a.m. deputies responded to a report or a domestic disturbance at the above location. Upon investigation of the incident it was learned that the above suspect had punched a family member in the face and chest serveral times. The suspect was arrested and charged with battery against a household member.

Victim reported that sometime between 9:00 p.m. on March 27, 2009 and 8:00 a.m. on March 28, 2009 an unknown person(s) entered into his vehicle and as it was parked unsecured in front of his residence. Stolen from inside the vehicle was an I-Pod, headphones and USB sticks. During the investigation it was also observed that during this time period an unknown person(s) shot out an exterior light and a window on the structure the victim resides in, with an unknown caliber weapon. There are no witnesses or suspects at this time.
