Above listed subject was arrested on above listed charges and two outstanding warrants after he was observed operating a motor vehicle on maclovia street. Deputies attempted to stop the vehicle as it reached siringo road. the driver feld on several side streets and then abandond the vehicle and fled on foot and was apprehended. subject was found to be intoxicated and had a five month old baby in the vehiclein a unsecured carseat at the time of fleeing.

On 8-13-2009 at approximately 1:49 p.m. Deputy B. Markly observed a green Chevy Avalanche traveling south on I-25 failing to maintain its lane of traffic. A traffic stop was made at the above location and contact was made with the driver listed above. The driver had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his person and two open beer cans were observed in the vehicle. The driver was given SFST's in which he exibited impairment. Subject was arrested and provided a breath sample of .15 BrAc.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding the above offense. Upon arrival, victim advised that sometime between August 9th and this morning at 1:30am, unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry into his home by breaking the southeast bedroom window. On the above date, the above named officer was dispatched to the above location regarding a motor vehicle crash. The defendant was seen by an off duty fire paersonel who initiated the stop in his fire unit upon seeing the defendant driving poorly. Upon officer making contact with the defendant, signs of impairment were noted. The defendant was arrested and refused to submit to a test. He was transported and booked at the adult detention center.

Charged: Resisting or obstructing an officer, Driving on a suspended driver's license, 2 bench warrants out of First Judicial District Court
Deputy was given information of a possible location of a person wanted on 2 outstanding felony warrants out of the First Judicial District court for failure to comply with drug court and the other on failure to comply with Electronic Monitoring. Deputy located suspect and initiated a traffic stop at the Giant Gas Station on St. Michael's Drive. Upon approaching the driver, suspect fled in his vehicle south on Llano Street and was later apprehended after abandoning his vehicle at the Lafarge Library. Suspect was found to have a suspended driver's license. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Charged: Aggravated Battery on a peace officer, Battery on a peace officer (2cts)
Suspect while incarcerated at the jail elbowed and kicked detention officers and bit one of them on the forearm while officer attempted to restrain him. Suspect while being escorted after the battery to the medical unit spit on another officer. Suspect was charged accordingly and rebooked.

On the above date, officers were dispatched to the above lcoation regarding a motor vehicle crash with injuries at the above location. Upon arrival a victim advised that he was southbound at the above location and was struck from behind by the suspect. Both victim and suspect were transported to Staint Vicent's hospital for treatment. Defendant displayed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking alcohol. A blood draw was conducted and the defendant was transported and booked accordingly at the adult detention center.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding an auto-burglary. Upon speaking with the victim's wife, she advised that her husband had broken down at that location at approximately 11:00pm on August 11, 2009 and had left the vehcle parked on the shoulder. At 2:00am it was reported that he vehicle had been broken in to. Person(s) uknown threw a rock through the driver's side window to gain access. Upon entering, suspect(s) stole a twenty dollar bill, which was in the glove box. For further information, refer to officer's report.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding a stabbing. Upon arrival, victim stated that two unknown males approached him and made a comment about his clothes. He advised that the two suspects were "West Side Locos", and that he could tell that by the colors they were waering. Victim admitted to also being a member of a gang he identified as "18th Street.
