On teh above date, officer was dispatched to St. Vincent's Hospital regarding a possible CSP. Upon Arrival, victim reported that she had attended a party at an unknown residence off of Agua Fria Rd. She advised taht she had a couple of beers and became tired and fell asleep in one of the bedrooms. When she awoke, her pants were higher on her waist line and she was sore in and around her vaginal area. She does not recall being with anyone. A SANE nurse conducted an examination and CID will follow-up on the investigation. For further information, refer to officer's report.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding the above offense. Upon speaking with the victim, he advised that the last time he saw his truck was around July 15, 2009. The vehcle was discribed as being a 1982 Ford F-250 bearing New Mexico license plate HZL-677 white and red in color. The vehicle was entered into NCIC. Location: 39 Apache Ridge Rd. SFNM
On the above date, officers were dispatched to the above location regarding a 39 year old male who was found outside of his home unresponsive. Medic 80 attempted to revive the male to no avail. The deceased was inside of his vehicle and had been drinking all day. Criminal investigations took over the scene. There were no apparent signs of foul play regarding this investigation. The body was transported to the office of the medical investigator.

Georgia Maestas was arrested for Felony DWI after being involved in a crash on US 84/285 in Pojoaque. Maestas has more than 3 prior DWI offenses and her vehicle was seized pursuant to SFC DWI Seizure Ordanance. Her Bac is pending blood testing.

Sometime between 11-11-09 5:00 PM and 11-15-09 1:00 PM someone broke a window to the victim's residence to gain entry. The victim is on family business in Florida, so when the caretaker went to check on the residence today he noticed the break in. Contact was made with the home owner and he will take inventory to find out what is missing when he gets back.
