Victim advised that he met a female from Nigeria on the internet during the month of August 2009.  On August 18, 2009 the female sent the victim a check in the amount of $2,900.00 and asked him to mail the cash to her Western Union.  The victim cashed the check and sent the cash Western Union to Nigeria.  The Victim was later contacted by his bank and informed that the check was a fraudulent check.  Further investigation into this matter is pending.

On the above date the victim reported that she was having a garage sale on saturday during the day time hours. During that time someone entered her residence and stole some jewelry.

Stolen/Recovered: Denim Jeans

Victim reported that on this date an unknown female went into the store and grabbed a hand full of Ralph Lauren Denim Jeans then ran out of the store. Suspect was confronted by employees of another store outside and the jeans were dropped and recovered by employees as the suspect fled the area. The jeans were valued at about $100.00 each.

The above driver was stopped for speeding and failing to dim his lights. He exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. The driver refused to submit to a breath test and was later booked into ADC accordingly.

On 09-24-09 the victim reported that on or about July 4th, 2009 someone took a check from her residence. The suspect then wrote a check to a supply company for the amount of 970.00. The victim was unable to identify any suspects at this time.

Ricardo Venzor-Gutierrez was arrested on an outstanding municipal warrant and charged with Concealing his Identity when he was stopped for unsafe driving.  He was booked without inciden and received several traffic citations.
