On -11-13-2009 the above described suspect knocked on the victims door. When the victim answered the door the suspect pointed a handgun at the victim and shoved him against a wall. The suspect then ordered the victim to give him all the money in his possession. Victim gave the suspect his money and the suspect fled the area. This case is currently under investigation.

On the above date at approximately 1:00 AM the suspect went to the victim's residence and got in to an arguement with her because she would not lend him her vehicle. The suspect threw some keys at her and struck her on the face. When the victim fell asleep the suspect stole her vehicle, but it was located later on during the day. The victim has a restraining order against the supect and charges are pending.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, DEPUTY OBSERVED SUSPECT SOUTH BOUND ON AND HE WOULD NOT DIM HIS HEADLIGHT. TRAFFIC STOP WAS CONDUCTED AND SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING. DWI INVESTIGATION SHOWED WHERE SUSPECT WAS INTOXICATED (.17BrAC) AND HE WAS IN POSSESSION OF A LOADED HANDGUN AND A PYREX PIPE WITH BURNT MARIJUANA INSIDE OF IT. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. HIS VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED NORTH BOUND ON CERRILLOS ROAD, SOUTH OF I-25, FAILING TO MAINTAIN HIS LANE OF THE ROADWAY. DEPUTY CONDUCTED TRAFFIC STOP AND FOUND THAT THE DRIVER LISTED ABOVE HAD BEEN DRINKING. DWI INVESTIGATION FOUND SUSPECT WAS INTOXICATED AND HE WAS ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. VEHICLE WAS RELEASED.

Victim reported she observed a black truck back up to her garage. Two male subjects exited the vehicle and gained unlawful entry into the garage/sunroom area. The male subjects observed that they were being watched by the victim and fled the area without taking anything from the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriffs Office.

Deputies responded to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle in the above area. Upon entering the above mentioned vehicle into NCIC a hit response returned out of Espanola NM. The vehicle had been located last night when the driver was arrested for DWI. The driver had been incarcerated at the juvenile detention center by Espanola PD. JPO was notified and suspect was charged and booked for burglary / Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.
