Stolen: $1,400.00

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a fraud. The victim stated he was scammed into buying $1,400 dollars worth of gift cards from a peron impersonating a Geek Squad representative.

2024002961-Armed Robbery- 6/12/24

Location: Camino Del Rincon and Lightning Loop

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a robbery. The Victim advised, that while Jogging an unknown Caucasian male with blond hair approximately 6' 2" and stocky wearing a red shirt and black shorts was jogging in the opposite direction as her. The Victim advised the unknown male then pointed a gun at her and demanded her purse—the male fled the location on foot towards the Cities of Gold road. There is no further suspect information at this time.

The suspect was located ina stolen vehicle she was placed under arrest and booked into ADC

Female was located in the area and had an active arrest warrant. She was arrest and taken to Jail. 

Case# 2024002947 - Battery Against a Household Member - 6/11/24

Victim: (59 YOA Female) 

Suspect: Benjamin Spence ( 61 YOA Male) 

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies learned the suspect battered the victim and fled the scene prior to Deputies arrival. The victim's injuries were consistent with her statement. Deputies were unable to make contact with the suspect. An arrest warrant was approved by a Judge and entered into NCIC.

Stolen: Financial documents, insurance document, registration document.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, deputies learned the unknown suspects unlawfully entered the unlocked vehicle and took the above items.
