On 4/4/09 driver was observed travelling south on SR 599 Frontage Road failing to maintain her lane of travel.  A traffic stop was initiated which found the driver to be showing signs of impairment.  Driver could not produce a driver's license.  Driver had her 3 year old son in the vehicle.  Driver was given SFST's and was placed under arrest for showing signs of impairment.  Driver was read the NM Implied Consent Act and she agreed to give a breath test, BrAC results were .26 and .26.  Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 4/4/09 suspect was stopped for speeding on Shenandoah Trail.  Suspect had an odor of a consumed alcoholic beverage on his breath and person.  Suspect showed signs of impairment.  Suspect was arrested and given the NM Implied Consent and agreed to take a breath test.  Suspect had a BrAC of .18, .19.  Suspect also had a revoked driver's license with the arrest clause.  Suspect had 3 prior DWI arrests.

On 04-05-09 the victim reported that someone broke in to her residence sometime between 08:15 AM and 12:30 PM and stole several items of eletronic equipment, a firearm, and a 2004 silver Volvo that was parked in her driveway that belonged to her boyfriend. A vehicle discribed as being a silver older model Jeep Cherokee with a dark colored driverside door was seen at the residence during the time the homeowners were gone.

On the above date the victim reported that on 04-04-09 between the hours of 11:45 AM and 1:30 PM someone broke into her vehicle and stole her purse. Entry to the vehicle was made by breaking a window.

On the above date at 7:54 AM the suspect was involved in a motor vehicle crash in Hyde Park. During the investigation it was determined that the suspect was under the influence of intoxicating liqour or drugs. He was placed under arrest and booked on the above charges.

On the above, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for various traffic violations.  Upon making contact, the defendant displayed signs of impairment and failed field test.  He was arrestedand had a .11 and .12 BrAC.  He was transported and booked at the adult detention center.

On the above date, the above officer responded to the above location regarding a stolen vehicle complaint.  Upon arrival, the complainant advised that her room-mate had barrowed her 1997 Subaru, and he had not returned it.  Vehicle was entered into NCIC.


0209002829 Burglary 04-03-09

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding a residentail burlary.  Upon arroval, the victim advised that had arrived at the residence at a[pproximately 10:22pm and saw an unknown male dressed in all black run from her porch.  The unknown person had gained unforced entry through the rear sliding glass door.  The victim did not notice anything missing from the residence.  Officers searched the area in an attempt to locate the suspect, to no avail.

On 4/4/09 at 1645 hours victim reported sometime last date between 1600 and 0300 hours unknown suspect(s) broke into his vehicle which was parked at the city public parking lot located at above address.  Suspect(s) gained entry through the rear driver's side window.  While inside suspect(s) damaged the in-dash Pioneer CD player system.  Estimated value for CD player is $300 and $100 for the window.
