Victim stated someone broke into his maroon in color 1999 Ford Expidition at Camino Juliana (the Cedar Creek Apartments), sometime between the time period of 10:00 pm of 3/22/09, and 8:00am 3/23/09. Suspects broke out the rear window to the Expidition with a unknown type of tool. They gained entry and stole a large woofer speaker from the rear of the car valued at about $200.00.

On the above date officers were dispatched to the above location regarding a violent domestic disturbance. The caller a 15 year old victim advised that her father had beaten her and was now beating her mother. The caller along with her three siblings had fled the residnece and ran to a neighbor's home to call for help. Upon making contact at the residence, the mother another victim to this incident advised That the defendant was choking her and her daughter. The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the adult detention center.

On 3/22/09 suspect was involved in a Motor Vehicle Crash with Injury. Suspect was attempting to pass a vehicle on SR76 when she rear ended a vehicle. Suspect was found to be impaired and was arrested. Suspect was taken to the hospital where a blood sample was obtained. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Between 3/21/09 at 2300 hours and 3/22/09 at 0430 hours unknown persons gained entry into victim's vehicle and removed a sirrus satellite radio. Victim stated that unknown persons attempted to take the car stereo. Victim stated that unknown persons rummaged through the glove box. Estimated value of item taken is $50.00.

On 3/22/09 suspect tried to hit victim with an arrow, after arguing over infidelities. Victim grabbed the arrow and tried to take it away from suspect. The blade from the arrow sliced the victim on the hand. Suspect then proceeded to scratch victim on the neck. Suspect leftthe area prior to our arrival.

On 3/21/09 Suspect while traveling northbound on SR41 in the vicinity of mm 60 was tracked on raday going 71 mph in a posted 55 mph speed zone. A check with the Department of motor vehicles revealed that Morfin's driver's license was revoked with the arrest clause. Suspect during the investigation was also unable to provide vehicle insurance. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Arrested: Reynaldo Rosas 24yoa
On the above date, officers were dispatched to the above location regarding a violent male subject who was beating another male and breaking windows. Upon arrival the defendant was uncooperative and began to ignore requests by officer to calm down. The defendant cantinued to ignore orders to allow officers to secure him. He was warned several times that he would be Tazed. He then began to approach officers violently. He was tazed, and he pulled out the wires continuing to resist officers. He was finally secured, and an ambulance was dispatched to the scene. The defendant had broken his uncle's leg while beating him and broke his windshield to his vehicle. While the medics were trying to care for the defendant, he spat at them striking two of them on the face. The defendant was first transported to St. Vincent's Hospital then to the adult detention center where he was booked accordingly.

Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
