Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to unknown subjects actively breaking into the location. The calling party observed multiple people entering the residence through security cameras. Deputies observed signs the residence had been broke into.

A traffic stop was conducted for speeding, during the stop deputies detected an odor of alcohol. A DWI investigation was conducted, and the driver was arrested.

Deputy was patrolling Cerrillos Road and conducted a traffic stop, during the stop the subject was identified and had an active warrant. FTA for fishing without a license.

Suspect: Rogerio Vallejos (41 YO)
Deputies were alerted by NMSP about an LPR hit for a stolen motor vehicle. Pojoaque PD located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Due to the driver being non-tribal, SO Deputies took over the invesigation and ultimately arrested the driver. He was charged accordingly. Driver was also on probation for incidents of the same nature, and probation issued a warrant for him for violating his conditions of probation.

Arrested: Daniell Isaac (38 YO)
Deputies responded to the residence due to a domestic disturbance. Contact was made with the above individual and she was found to have a warrant for failure to appear to court on narcotics charges. She was arrested and taken to the detention facility.

Deputies contacted Gabriel during a traffic stop and he was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested on the warrant and booked into the SF ADC.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle, and the driver was found to have an active arrest warrant for failure to appear on a traffic violation. He was booked at the detention center.
Case #2025006789/ Possession of a Controlled Substance, Conspiracy, Felon in Possession of a Firearm/ 11/19/25

Arrested- Vincent Vigil (31 year old male/ Ranchos De Taos)
Arrested- Masyn Terry (26 year old female/ El Prado)
Location- Camel Rock Rd (Tesuque)
Deputies were dispatched to assist Tesuque PD who were conducting a narcotics investigation involving non-Tribal members. Upon deputies contacting the occupants, narcotics and firearms were discovered. Both subjects were arrested for possession of the narcotics and conspiracy, and Mr. Vigil was found to be a convicted felon. He was also charged with felon in possession of a firearm. They were both booked into the SF ADC.

Cathy was contacted during a traffic stop and found to have an outstanding warrant. She was arrested on the warrant and later booked at the SF ADC.
