Agent responded to the Santa Fe County Jail and served inmate, Stiles with an active warrant for her arrest that was issued out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for failing to appear at a court hearing.

Agents observed the subject violating his probation. He was placed under arrest at the order of the Probation and Parole and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident. 

Case #2026004511 / Driving While License Revoked (DUI) - Vehicle to be Registered - No Proof of Insurance / 08/27/2026

Location: N. Riverside Dr. / La Joya St.

Arrested: Peter Martinez (56 YOM)

Deputies conduted a traffic stop with a vehicle for not having registration or proof of insurance. Mr. Martinez was identified and found to be operating the vehicle while his license was revoked from a previous DUI. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Location: Interstate 25 / Mile Marker 271

Arrested: Jacob C De Baca (19 YOM)

Deputies observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and confirmed the speed (101 mph) with radar equipment. A traffic stop was conducted and Mr. C De Baca was found to be operating the vehicle while his license was revoked for a previous DUI. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Location: 278 Mile Marker Interstate 25, Santa Fe

Arrested: Derrick Alvarez, Austin TX

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the location. The driver was found to have an outstanding warrant from Texas. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a burglary. Deputies were advised unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a shed on the property. It is unknown if anything was taken. No suspect(s) have been identified at this time.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop with Mr. Coriz for an infraction. Mr. Coriz displayed signs of impairment and SFST's were administered. Following the tests, Mr. Coriz was placed under arrest for the above listed charges. He was booked accordingly..

On Tuesday, August 25, 2026, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an inmate who was found to have an active bench warrant. On scene, the warrant was confirmed to be valid. The subject was then rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Tuesday, August 25, 2026, deputies responded to the area of Camino Justicia for a report of sexual abuse. Contact was made with the victim and they advised they were sexually abused by unknown male suspects. The victim advised this occured after being injected with an unknown substance. This case remains under investigation.
