On 2/11/09, suspect was attempting to pass vehicle on a no passing zone. Victim was making a left hand turn and suspect vehicle then collided with victim. Suspect attempted to leave scene and struck another vehicle. Suspect fled on foot. Suspect was locatd and appeared to be intoxicated. Suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and was transported to St. Vincent Hospital for a blood draw. Suspect had several open containers of alcohol inside the vehicle. Suspect was then transported to ADC and booked accordingly.

On 2/11/09 Victim stated that she and suspect were involved in a verbal argument. Victim stated that suspect advised he was going to move out by Friday. Victim stated that while enroute to suspect's parent's residence, suspect began pulling the steering wheel to the right. Victim stated that she did not want to get off of I-25 so suspect struck her on her right arm. Suspect was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 2/11/09 between 1000 and 1930 hours, victim stated that unknown person(s) had taken her vehicle a white in color 1990 Mitsubishi Montero from her driveway. She stated that she was using the vehicle for storage. She stated that 2 snow tires, 2 maroon in color Captain's chairs for her van and a black storage tub were inside the vehicle. She estimated the value to be $6000.00. Vehicle was entered into NCIC.

On the above date the at approximately 10;00 AM the victim and suspect had a dispute over some money owed to one another. The victim was reporting that the suspect physically assaulted him. Upon making contact with the suspect he claimed that the victim assaulted him by pointing a rifle at him claiming that everytime the victim is drunk he demands money from him and that is what happened today. Neither party had visible injuries. The report will be fowarded to the District Attornies Office for further review.s

On 2/10/09 suspect vehicle a silver in color 2 door sedan was seen driving recklessly on I-25 mm290. Victim advised that suspect was behind them tailgating and flashing headlights. Victim stated suspect then pulled out a black in color gun and shot 3 times. Vitim called 911 and suspect fled onto US285. No other information given.

Victim reported that on today's date it was discovered that $2,700.66 was missing from a locked safe that is located in the office of the above business. Victim advised that he is still in the process of determining how many current employees and ex-employees have or had access to this safe from January 2009 to present, as there was no forced entry into the safe or office. Further investigation into this matter is pending.
