Deputies responded to a 911 hang up call for service. Deputies located two women involved in a verbal dispute on the side of the road. The driver (Ms. Martinez) admitted to consuming alcohol and agreed to perform SFSTs. She displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. She provided breath samples, resulting higher than double the legal limit. She was booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to a call for service regarding an overdose. Medics were on scene and attempted life-saving measures, which were unsuccessful. OMI was present. No indication of foul play.

Deputies were patrolling in the area and observed a male, later identified as the suspect, in a physical altercation with a female, the victim. Deputies were advised a verbal altercation escalated into the physical altercation they observed. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a fight that occurred amongst inmates inside the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. Deputies were advised the suspects battered the victim during a physical altercation. Both subjects were rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a fraud. Deputies were advised unknown individual(s) called the victim posing as Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office Deputies. The victim was advised she missed jury duty and had an outstanding warrant. The victim was advised to pay the suspect(s) using Bitcoin to quash the warrant. The victim realized it was a scam.

Deputies observed a downed motorcycle and rider in the roadway. upon contact and investigation, deputies determined driver was under the influence. Driver was arrested and booked accordingly for the Aggravated DUI, Negligent Use of a Deadly Weapon, Unlawful Carrying of a Deadly Weapon, Resisting Arrest & No Drivers License.

Johanna was stopped for jay-walking across Cerrillos Rd. She was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested. The warrant was for jay-walking in Espanola. She was later booked at the SF ADC.

Deputies were called to assist Santa Clara with a case regarding a narcotic transaction. Two males were detained pending the investigation, and once completed they were arrested on the above charges. One suspect was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest for failure to appear on receiving stolen property.

During the course of a traffic stop contact was made with the driver, who had an outstanding bench warrant for failure to appear. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, where he was booked accordingly.

Arrested- Michael Armijo (34 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies were conducting routine patrol when a traffic stop was attempted on a bicyclist, who was observed riding without the required lighting equipment. The male fled and a short foot pursuit ensued, after which the suspect was apprehended. While deputies were attempting to handcuff the male, he exclaimed that he had a grenade and he was going to pull the pin. After being handcuffed, no grenade was located. While being identified, Michael initially provided the name of his cousin. His actual identity was found after a short time and was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was later transported and booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center without further incident.
