Deputies were dispatched to the address due to a male who was not conscious/breathing. Deputies arrived on scene and there were no signs of life, therefore fire did not perform life saving measures. Next of kin was on scene. OMI arrived and advised there no signs of foul play.

Subject was stopped for a traffic offense. He was ran through NCIC and found to have a Distrct Court Warrant issued by the Honorable T. Glenn Ellington for failure to comply in reference to a probation violation. He was taken to the SFADC and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Estevan Chavez 32 yoa male Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to a crash with injuries. Once on scene, they located the subject who had crashed into the back of a semi truck causing massive damage to his vehicle. He admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages in Rio Rancho earlier in the day. SFST's were conducted and he showed signs of impairment. He was arrested. He submitted to a breath test which revealed .19,.19. He was booked without incident.

Location: Cities of Gold Rd. 

Arrested: Alyssa Thomas 36 yoa female 

Deputies were dispatched to assist Pojoaque Police in reference to possible drunk driver. Upon arrival, investigation revealed the driver had consumed alcoholic beverages priort to driving. SFSTs were conducted and the subject was arrested. She provided breath samples above .20 BrAC. She was booked without incident.

Location: 400 block of Riverside Drive (Espanola NM) 

Arrested: Suzette Sandoval 42 yoa female (Espanola) 

Deputy was patrolling the area, when he observed Ms. Sandoval at the business. She had an active First Judicial District Court Warrant for failing to appear on drug trafficking, receiving/transferring of a stolen firearm charges. She was booked into SFADC without incident.

Deputies responded to the residence for a call for a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed the suspect battered her husband. She was arrested and taken to the detention facility.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. Individual inside was found to have a warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of battery. Subject was booked at the detention facility.

Damaged: Door Handle / Widnow - Estimated $1,050.00

Victim's reported between 4:37 p.m. on 11/8 and 7:53 a.m. on 11/9, suspect(s) broke a window and damaged a door handle to gain entry into the unoccupied residence. Evidence collected indicates a party occurred due to various alcohol beverage containers being identified and security footage recording multiple indivudals at the residence. A few bedroom items were reported as stolen.
