Deputies responded to the residence in reference to a male who had collapsed and was not conscious. Life saving measures were performed, but not successful. There were no signs of foul play.

STOLEN: 2025 Dodge Charger, bearing NM BYJH11, red 395 badges, tinted windows, black rims
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle, which was taken sometime on August 23, 2025. Case is under investigation.

Location- Cerrillos Rd
Deputies contacted Kimberly during a traffic stop. She was found to have two outstanding warrants and was arrested. She was later booked at the ADC.

Location- Agua Fria/ Henry Lynch
Ludovico was contacted during a traffic stop and found to have two outstanding warrants. He was arrested on the warrants and booked into the SF ADC.

Arrested- Hernan Tobanda (28 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Location- Cerrillos Rd/ Camino Carlos Rey
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for staying stopped after a traffic light turned green. The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI. He was transpored to the SFSO where he provided a breath sample. He was later booked into ADC.

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for failing to maintain it's lane. Upon contact with the driver, he showed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided a breath sample. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested- April Martinez (43 year old female/ Santa Fe)
Location- SF Adult Detention Center
Deputy Lovato was dispatched to the SF ADC due to an inmate being found in possession of narcotics. He arrived and the narcotics were turned in to him. He interviewed witnesses and attempted to interview April. However, she did not wish to speak with him. She was rebooked on the new charges.

2025004930 / Unattended death / 08-22-2025

Location: Val Verde Dr Santa Fe, NM
Decedent: 75 YOM
Deputy responded to location to conduct a welfare check. Neighbors reported not seeing the decedent for approximately two weeks. The decedent was beyond help upon deputy's arrival. No signs of foul play were observed or suspected. Cause of death appears to be from natural causes.
