Suspect: Hispanic or Mexican Male 5'6", Wearing maroon hoodie, gray pants, and converse tennis shoesVictim reported that on this date at about 11:20am at the above location some unknown person knocked on the back door. Victim stated she answered the door and a male suspect forced his way into the apartment, grabbed her hair. Victim was able to get loose and ran out the front door and called 911. Victim reported that sometime between 3/27/09 at 5:00pm and 3/30/09 7:00am some unknown gained entry in the new BLM building which is still under construction. On the above date, officers were dispatched to the above location regarding a the defendant banging on the complainant's door and threatening to damage her car. Upon arrival, defendant ignored orders from officer's to sow his hands. He then fled on foot continuing to ignore orders to stop. He was apprehended and arrested.

On March 30, 2009 Victim reported that on this date between 7:00a.m. And 11:30a.m. an unknown suspect burglarized his residence on West Chili Line Road. He stated that 2 flat screen television sets had been stolen during the above mentioned timeframe. Security Officer reported that sometime between 0130hrs and 0300hrs on Mon 3/30/09, unknown person(s) PRYED open the front door to the office building, and rummaged around the entertainment system. The suspect(s) the pryed open the door to the admin office, and stole $300.00 cash from a cash box, located in a filing cabinet. The suspect(s)then departed via the back door. Investigation continues.

On 3/29/09 deputies responded to a report of suspicious vehicle. Suspects were located smoking marijuana with 16 and 17 year old females at the above location. Both suspects were found to be in possession of marijuana and pyrex pipes. Suspects were arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On the abbove date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding a possible drunk driver. Upon making contact with the defendant he displayed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking. Defendant failed field tests and was arrested. He had a .06 BrAC.

On 3/27/09 Victim was found with a single gunshot wound to the head. Victim was located by her estranged husband as he arrived to retrieve some belongings from the residence. Victim was located in the master bathroom with a Kimber .45 caliber handgun in her hand. Paramedics arrived on scene and attempted to resucitate the victim. Victim was later pronounced deceased by OMI. Investigations was called to scene and took over investigation.
