CHARGTES: DWI - CARELESS DRIVING - DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED OR REVOKED LICENSE
On this date deputy observed a tan in color Buick Le Sabre, east bound on Airport road at a high rate of speed and then made a wide turn from Airport Road onto Cerrillos road crossing over four lanes of the roadwayu. Suspect was stopped and identifed. Suspect was emitting the odor of an intoxicant. Suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was found to have a suspended drivers license. Suspect was arrested and a breath test was given and the results were .12 /.12 BrAC. Suspect was taken to the Adult Detention Center and booked on above listed charges.

Victim reported that in June 2008 she allowed a female to reside in a residence she owned with the agreement that she would sell it for her. This female later contacted the victim and informed her that she wanted to purchase the residence herself and would work out the sale with the mortgage company. In December 2008 the victim received a foreclosure notice from the bank. The victim has not been able to locate the female who vacated the residence. The victim also recently discoved that a large portable garage that was on the property with the residence has been stolen. Further investigation into this matter is pending.

On 1/8/09, 2230 hrs/1030pm, staff members at shelter requested that an unruly/drunk female resident be removed, after becoming violent with staff, and breaking shelter rules. NCIC check revealed an outstanding warrant. Suspect was arrested, charged, booked accordingly.

On 01-08-09 unknown suspect(s0 entered the above address through the unsecured back door. The incident occurred between 6:15am and 4:00pm. Once inside the above items. The television was entered into NCIC by Santa Fe Regional Dispatch. This case is currently under investigation.

On 01-08-09 at approximately 7:06pm, the above subjects vehicle was reported as a suspicious vehicle. Upon making contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed. The driver was unable to perform the SFST's. The driver was placed under arrest and taken to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Dept. for a breath test. However, the driver would not provide a sufficient breath sample. Several open containers were also found in the vehicle. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Victim: 41 year old female
Deputies responded to the above home in reference to a welfare check on the female. The female was found deceased in the home. There was no outward signs of trama. No signs of foul play wre found. The victim next of kin has not been notified at the time of this report. This case is under investigation.

Victim reported that suspects broke into thier home and took several items. There is no supects in this case, however this case has simalarities to a prior burglary case reported today. Refer to case number 020900226.

Victim reported seeing the above suspects leaving his home. Upon inspection the above property was taken. Suspects were not located.
