Victim was traveling southbound on I-25, passing under the LaCienega overpass when a rock struck the passenger window, went through the glass, and struck him in the neck. The victim had reddening to the right side of his neck but was otherwise uninjured. The person who threw the rock was not located at the time of report.

Victim reported that sometime between 7:45 a.m. and 12:10 p.m. two dogs were stolen from her fenced yard. One of the dogs was a black male Chinese Pug and the other was a black and tan male Minature Pincher. Value of both dogs is $900.00. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time.

On 02-22-09 the victim reported that an employee of hers had house sit for her while she was out of town. The employee was being evicted from her own residence. The victim found a box of unopened mail belonging to the victim and her mother. A bank bag for the victim's business was found and $9,000.00 was found to be missing. It was also learned that the the suspect opened a cell phone account and paid for hotel rooms off of the business account.

SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE THREE SANTA FE MUNICIPAL COURT WARRANTS FOR HIS ARREST. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER WITHOUT INCIDENT.
