On 9/24/2008 victim reported that she had been involved in a physical dispute with her boyfriend. Victim stated she had been slapped and punched in the face by the above listed suspect. The victim had visible injuries and the suspect admitted to battering the victim. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On this date victim reported that his residence had been burglarized in the past by an unknown suspect where a pair of vintage binoculars and a monocular scope valued at about $750.00 was taken. On 9/23/08 victim found a juvenile male on his roof and believed the incident was related. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.
