On 09-23-08 at about 5:56pm, a 911 call was received from a juvenile reported that the above subject had pointed a silver and black handgun at him. There was also a permanent restraining order against the suspect. This case is currently under investigation.

On the above date, the above named officer assited Deputy Martinez with a traffic stop on the defendant for running a red light. Officer noticed signs of impairment and defendant failed sobriety tests. The defendant had a .24 BrAC and was arrested and transported to the adult detention facility.

On the above date, officer responded to the above location regarding a robbery. Upon arrival the victim advised that she was attending a party in the neighborhood when she was attacked by the defendant. The victim advised that the defendant after battering her stole her vehicle keys, cell/phone and vehicle. The defendant was later found on Airport Rd. driving the stolen car. A short pursuit was conducted and the defendant was apprehended.

Victim reported that on this date between the times of 11:45 and 11:50am and unknown male subject stole $1000.00 in cash from the victim while being shown some heavy items he was being contracted to move. The victim could only described the suspect as a 40 to 45 year old Mexican male wearing blue jeans, T-Shirt and a hat. The victim contracted the suspect while walking home from walmart.
