On 9/20/08 Victim stated that she was at the Allsup's when her ex-boyfriend showed up and began arguing with her. Victim stated that suspect then grabbed her by her hair and that her cousin tried to defend her at that time suspect struck cousin on the left side of her ear ripping off the earring. Victim stated that her current boyfriend showed up in which they left and suspect began following them trying to run them off the road. Suspect caused vehicle to stop and suspect pulled out an ax and struck victim's boyfriend's car on the right side windshield. Victim and witnesses felt threatened that suspect would hurt them with the ax so they fled the area looking for police. Suspect was not located. An emergency restraining order was authorized by a District Court Judge.

On 9/21/08 suspect while operating his vehicle westbound on Airport Road, drove left of center while attempting to turn left onto Country Club Rd. Suspect almost struck a curb in the middle of the roadway. Suspect displayed signs of impairment. Suspect admitted to drinking 2 beers. Suspect was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent in which he refused to take a breath test. A check revealed that suspects driver's license is suspended/revoked. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

The above juvenile male was arrested after he attacked his mother following an argument over his poor grades in school. The juvenile battered his mother by placing her into a head-lock and punching her about her head. The juvenile was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Juvenile Detention Center.
