Victim stated that on 09-03-08 he arrived home and noticed that the front door to his shed was pryed open. The victim reported that several tools had been stolen from the shed. This case is currently under investigation.

On 09-17-08 Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a possible overdose. Upon arrival Deputies found two male adults were found deceased. The incident is currently under investigation by the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department and The Office of the Medical Investigator. It did not appear that any foul play was involved.

On 09-17-08 Deputies responded to a 911 hang up at the above residence. The above suspect and his wife were in a verbal argument. During the argument the above suspect slapped his wife in the head. The above suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly.

Charged: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving, Driver Must be Licensed,
Mandatory Financial Responsibility, Display of Registration
On 9-17-2008 at 8:09 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location when he failed to stop for a posted stop sign. As a result the vehicle struck a Lexus SUV which was traveling south at the location and was occuppied by an adult and 4 juveniles. As a result of this impact, the Lexus struck a Santa Fe County dump truck which was stopped facing east at the location for a posted stop sign. The driver of the turck and the occupants of the Lexus complained of minor injuries at the scene and declined further medical attention. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. The results of that test are pending. The suspect was found not to possess a driver's licence. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request and the registration should have been displayed on a Plymouth passenger vehicle. The suspect was transported to St. Vincent Regional Medical Center where he was admitted for treatment of non life threatening injuries.

The victim reports her home was burglarized between 4:30pm and 11:30pm on September 16, 2008. She returned home to find her home in disarray and several pieces of jewelry missing from inside. Entry was made through the master bedroom window. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

On 9/16/08 11:36pm Deputies responded to a 911 hangup call, in which a 52 yr old female was involved in a verbal/physical fight with her boy friend, after she refused to help him with an injured horse. The suspect grabbed victim by both arms and shoulders and pushed her up against a glass door, and spit on her face. Suspect was arrested,charged, and booked accordingly.
