Charges: Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving and No Insurance
The above named defendant drove his vehicle southbound on Cerrillos Road and attempted to merge onto westbound Airport Road at a speed too great for the curve. The vehicle traveled skidding at a tangent to the curve and impacted a concrete center divider. The vehicle then jumped the divider and skidded to a stop facing westbound in the eastbound lane of travel on Airport Road. The defendant was tested and arrested at the scene. A breath alcohol test yielded results of: .17 and .17 respectively. He was booked accordingly into the county jail.

Stolen: Cash and 35 Music CDs
The victim reported that sometime between 9/2/07 at 10:00 PM and 9/3/07 at 5:20 AM, unknown person(s) forced entry into the victims vehicle as it was parked in front of the victim's residence. The suspects then stole $130.00 dollars in cash and 35 music CDs from inside the vehicle.

Charges: Driving While Under the Influence and Careless Driving
The defendant was observed driving northbound on State Road 14, 10 to 15 miles under the posted speed limit. Upon contacting the suspect, she attempted to conceal the odor of alcoholic beverages by stuffing black licorice into her mouth. The defendant admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. She was subsequently arrested for DWI and a blood sample was obtained and submitted for analysis.

Deputies on patrol located and arrested the above named individual after he was contacted in a mobile home park for acting suspiciously. He was found to be wanted and was booked accordingly.

On 9-3-2007, at 7:42 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and failed to stop at for a red traffic control signal prior to making a right turn. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.

The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect does not possess a driver's license and there was an open bottle of Corona beer in the vehicle.

The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a breath alcohol content of .16 or greater. The suspect has three prior DWI Offdenses. The New Mexico Probation and Parole Division also issued an arrest order fro the suspect for Probation Violation.

On 09/02/07 the suspect was stopped for driving without headlights. Upon investigating the Deputy was given a false name. Upon further investigating the suspects true name was determined and an active arrest warrant was located. The suspect was arrested and booked into the adult detention center.

On 9-3-2007, this suspect was operating the vehicle at the location at 65 miles per hour in a posted 55 mile per hour zone. A check with the New Mexico Crime Information Center revealed there was a valid arrest warrant for the suspect that had been issued by the Sandoval County Magistrate Court.

On 09/3/07 Deputy Moises was on Caminito Valdez looking for a reported reckless driver. He located the above suspect outside his residence yelling and screaming disturbing the peace. He was also intoxicated and fighting with family members which had drawn the attention of several neighbors. When approached by Deputy Moises the suspect began yelling at the Deputy and started resisting when placed under arrest. The suspect was booked into the adult detention center.
