On the above date the suspect was placed under arrest after he had gone to his girlfriends house at the above location and battered her causing minor injuries. The suspect fled the area and was located hiding in the area. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

On 9/14/08 at 0130 hours Vega while operating his vehicle at a DWI checkpoint displayed signs of impairment. Vega also admitted to consuming 2 to 3 beers at 1900 hours. Vega was also found in possession of an open can of Tecate beer. Suspect upon completion of the SFST's displayed signs of impairment. Suspect submitted to a preliminary breath test which showed positive for alcohol. Suspect was arrested and requested to submit to a breath test and his BrAC results were .10, and .10. He was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Susject was stopped after he was traveling north on Cerrillos Road and nearly struck a deputies car in the rear. upon contact with the driver the odor of intoxicating beverages was detected on his breath. Driver was administered the Field Soberity test and showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and advised of implied consent and submitted to breath test. the results were .14/.13 Driver had 5 prior arrest on his license history.

On this date suspect was stopped on Airport Road for reckless driving. Suspect was found to be intoxicated .13 / .13 BrAC and in possession of an open bottle of Budweiser beer. Suspect was arrested with out incident and transported to the Adult Detention Center on the above listed charges.

On this date Deputy M. Martinez stopped suspect at above listed area for child restraint required. Drivers license check showed where suspect had two warrants for her arrest out of District Court here in Santa Fe. She was arrested and transported with out incident to the Adult Detention Center where the warrants were served.

Charges: Abuse of a child, possession of a controlled substance to wit: cocaine, aggravated DWI, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license, possession of marijuana under one ounce, proof of insurance and seat belt required.
On this date, above listed suspect was stopped on Lopez Lane for not wearing his seat belt. Investigation showed that the suspect had a suspended driver's license and no insurance on the vehicle at the time of the stop. Suspect had his 14 yoa son as a passenger at the time. Suspect was found to have been drinking and showed signs of impairment during testing. Suspect was arrest and refused to give a breath test. Suspects vehicle was impounded after inventory produced cocaine, marijuana and paraphernalia. Suspect was taken to the Adult Detention Certer where he was charged with the above listed charges.

On the above date, the above named officer witnessed the defendant drive and unable to maintain his lane of traffic. Officer conducted a traffic stop and noticed cues that the defendant was impaired. The defendant admitted to drinking earlier and was placed under arrest. The defendant had a .04 BrAC and was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital for a blood draw.
