On the above date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the above person at the above location. While officer was writing citations, the driver engaged the vehicle and fled. the vehcile was later located in Los Alamos County. After a breif foot search of the area, the driver was located and arrested.

On 9/11/08 deputies responded to an auto burglary at above location. Victim stated that suspects entered victim's unlocked vehicle and took a telephone system, miscellaneous tools and other items from the cargo bin of the vehicle. Victim stated the vehicle was parked in his driveway and was awoken by the sound of gravel being driven on. Estimated value of items taken is $6,700.00. No damage was done to vehicle.

Deputies received a report of a drunk driver at the Allsup's convenience store attempting to purchase more liquor. The defendant was intercepted inside his vehicle in the parking lot and found to be intoxicated. The driver was tested and arrested for DWI. He was booked accordingly and his vehicle was towed.

Charges: Reckless Driving, Driving While License Suspended/Revoked, No Insurance, Child Restraint Violation, Improper Evidence of Registration
The defendant was observed by a Deputy spinning his tires on the roadway, driving recklessly and posing a danger to the public. A traffic stop resulted in the discovery that the driver's license was revoked, he had an unrestained child in the vehicle and no insurance or registration. The defendant also had a warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

The defendant was observed exiting a private drive without yielding for oncoming traffic. The defendant also drove the vehicle partially on the sidewalk of the roadway as she drove westbound on Airport Road. The defendant was stopped and found to be under the influence of Intoxicated Beverages. She was tested and subsequently arrested for said charges. She was booked accordingly into SFC-ADC.

The victim reported that suspect(s) had gained access to her residence via an open window. The suspect(s) stole above listed items and left the area. Deputies later responded to an intoxicated male subject fighting with his family off of Aspen Loop in the Cottonwood Mobile Home Park. The male was contacted and the subject advised Sheriff's Deputies that he and his friends had burglarized the residence in this case. The juvenile male was arrested on several charges including burglary and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center.

Deputies responded to investigate a reported suspicious vehicle at the above listed location. Deputies arrived and located both subjects seated inside their vehicle. The driver, Mr. Bernard Aguilar was found to be under the influence of intoxicated liquor and/or Drugs. Mr. Aguilar was arrested and subsequently refused to submit to chemical testing. Mrs. Thelma Aguilar was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was also arrested and booked accordingly with Mr. Aguilar into the Santa Fe County Jail.
