LOCATION: 3900 BLOCK OF CAMINO JULIANNA, AIRPORT ROAD AREA
SUSPECT : DIANA QUINTANA, 15 YOA FEMALE
On this date victim reported that her 15 yoa daughter, Diana Quintana, had left the house on Friday, 12-19-2008. Victim reported that she received a telephone call from her daughter on the 20th, telling her that she was going to stay at a friends house. Victim stated she received another call from her daughter telling her that she would be home soon. During investigation we found out that Diana and her friend were both missing. Case is under investigation and the child has been entered into NCIC System as a missing person.

The above named defendant was stopped after his vehicle was found to have altered temporary license plate. The defendant provided a false name and date of birth because he had two active warrants for his arrest. The defendant was booked accordingly.

The above named individual was arrested after a traffic stop was conducted for failing to maintain lane of travel. The driver was found to have his driver's license suspended/revoked. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

CHARGES: AGGRAVATED BATTERY ON A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, AGGRAVATED DWI, INTERFERENCE WITH COMMUNICATIONS
On this date victim called and reporte that she was involved in a fight with her boyfriend and he was intoxicated. Victim reported suspect beat her with a walking stick and took the phone from her when she was going to call for help. Suspect left the residence and deputy located suspect during his investigation of the domestic. Suspect was driving at the time of stop. Suspect was found to be intoxicated and refused breath testing. Suspect was arrested on above charges and taken to the Adult Detention Center.

The victim reported that she left her vehicle parked at above location while she went for a walk. While she was walking back to her vehicle she observed two males sitting inside her vehicle. She yelled at the males and they fled on foot. The above stated items were stolen from inside the vehicle.

The above named individual was arrested following a traffic stop for speeding 80 mph in a 55 mph zone. The defendant concealed his identity because his NM driver's license was suspended by the State of NM. He was booked accordingly in the county jail.
