Victim reported that sometime between 06-27-08 at 10:00 am and 06-30-08 at 6:00 am an unknown person damaged the front security door of his business in an apparent attempt to enter. No entry was gained although approximately $250.00 in damage was caused. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Victim: 55-year-old male
On 06-29-08 at aproximately 12:45 pm the above victim was located unconscious in his residence by his wife. As paramedics arrived to the residence CPR was attempted although unsucessful. It appears that the victims death is that of natural causes as no signs of foul play were evident.

Victim reported that on 6-28-08 between 10:00 am and 12:pm an unknown person(s) entered into her unseccured vehicle as it was parked unattended at the above location. The only item that she noticed missing was the garage door opener that was cliped on the sun visor. No suspect or witness information at this time.

On 6/29/08 at 2154 hours, suspect was taken into custody during a traffic stop on State Road 41 mm 60 for an active bench warrant out of the Santa Fe City Municipal Court for failure to appear. Suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.

The victim reported that sometime between 3:30 PM and 6:45 PM on 6/28/2008, unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence via an open window. The suspects stole above listed items and damaged a stained glass insert on the front door and a window screen.

The above named defendant was stopped for speeding (75 MPH in a posted 55 MPH zone). It was discovered that the defendant's NM Driver's License had been revoked and his vehicle was not insured. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

The victim reported that somone stole her identity and charged over $2,000.00 in purchases via E-Bay. The purchased items were shipped to a location in California. The case is under investigation.

On 6/29/08, Victim wanted to report that several items were taken from his residence due to his daughter having a party at his residence without his permission. Items that were stolen were 2 TV's and a police officer's duty belt. Estimated amount of items taken is about $1500. Suspects are not identified at this time.

Suspect: Jonathan Rodriguez, age 23, Ilfeld, NM
Charged: DWI, Careless Driving
On 6/27/08 at 2335 hours, a single vehicle crash occurred on Bishops Lodge Rd near the intersection of Big Tesuque Canyon. Vehicle was traveling southbound on Bishops Lodge Rd and failed to negotiate a right curve in the roadway and traveled left of center leaving the roadway and striking a tree. Suspect was identified as the driver and displayed several signs of impairment. Suspect submitted to SFST's in which further signs of impairment were displayed. Suspect was taken into custody and submitted to a breath test to determine BrAC in which the results were .10, .10. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
