On 6/28/08, Suspect was called in by numerous motorists for failing to maintain his lane of travel and almost striking another vehicle. Upon contact with vehicle at above location, driver was found behind the wheel with the vehicle running and in gear. Suspect was asleep with a pint can of Budlight in his hand. Suspect was awoken and removed from vehicle and could not stand. Suspect was placed under arrest and advised of the NM Implied Consent Act in which the driver stated "no" to the breath test. He was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 6/28/08 at 2221 hours, Suspect was traveling northbound on I-25 at mm 268, failed to maintain his lane by crossing over the right edge line twice and the center divide line once. Suspect displayed signs of impairment. Suspect admitted to drinking (2) beers around 1300 hours on today's date. Suspect upon completion of SFST's displayed signs of impairment. Suspect submitted to a preliminary breath test which was positive for presence of alcohol. Suspect was arrested and refused to submit to a breath test. He was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 6/29/08 deputies responded to a loud party at above location. Suspect was located hiding in the back yard. Suspect denied drinking any alcohol but had a BrAC of .09. Victim was located not able to stand without assistance due to alcohol intoxication. Victim stated that the suspect gave her the alcohol she had drank. Suspect was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 6/29/08 RECC received a call of a suspicious person on her front porch. Deputies arrived and located suspect on porch passed out. Suspect was identified and was found to have a bench warrant out of Santa Fe District Court for failure to appear and a bench warrant out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to comply with conditions of probation. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On the above date deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a male subject passed out in the roadway. Upon the deputies arrival the suspect was located and helped off the ground. The suspect who was highly intoxicated started being aggressive towards the deputies so he was placed under arrest and booked on the above charge.

On 6/27/08 suspect was observed travelling southbound on Richard's Avenue from Rodeo Road. Suspect was travelling at a high rate of speed and cut off another vehicle nearly causing a collision. Suspect was observed travelling 80 mph in a posted 45 mph zone. Suspect did not have proof of insurance for vehicle. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

The victim reported that he was involved in an incident with a mobile home park matenance person. The victim reported that the matenance person pulled a large knife on the victim and his dog. The matenance man was located and stated that he was posting a violations notice at the complainant's residence, when a poodle dog attempted to bite him. He stated that he utilized a pair of vice-grip pliers in self defense when the dog attempted to bite his leg. He denied using a knife or anything else in a threatening manner.
