While in custody on unrelated charges at the Santa Fe County Detention Facility it was learned that an outshtanding warrant was active out of the First Judicial District Court for the above listed suspect. The warrant was served and he was booked on the additional charge.

At 10:56 PM on 02/01/08 a single vehicle motor vehicle crash was reported at the above location. Contact was made with the above listed driver. He had an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person. He was administered the battery of standardized field sobriety tests and was found to be impaired. He was subsequently taken into custody. A breathalyzer test was administered and showed the following results, .21 and .20 respectively.

On 02/01/08 suspects vehicle was observed parked on the shoulder at above location. Upon contact it was discovered that he had been involved in a domestic disturbance with his wife. Suspect displayed signs of impairment when administered the battery of field sobriety tests. He was subsequently taken into custody. A breathalyzer test showed a breath alcohol content of .06 and .06 respectively.

On 2/1/08 at 0043 hours, RECC received a 911 call in reference to a reckless driver operating the vehicle and was travelling northbound on Cerrillos Road. Upon arriving in the area, the vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Cerrillos Road and Rodeo Road. Contact was made with the driver who was identified as the suspect. Suspect was found to be impaired and taken into custody. Upon submitting to a breath test the results were .21, .19. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 1/31/08 at 2213 hours, Deputies were dispatched to an assault at the above address. Victim advised that the suspect was still outside her residence. Victim stated that she received a call from suspect and went to pick her up. Victim stated that when they arrived at her residence, suspect became irate and began to strike victim and caused a small laceration to her bottom lip, and a scratch to her right ear and neck. Suspect was highly intoxicated. She was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Suspect(s) forced entry through a kitchen window. Once inside they took two rifles, one handgun, a DVD and two Sony Playstation systems. The case is under investigation
