Location- Buffalo Thunder (Pojoaque)
Deputies were dispatched to assist Pojoaque PD with a DUI investigation at Buffalo Thunder involving a non-Native individual who was involved in a crash on the property. Deputies contacted Gabriel who displayed signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and transported to the SFSO where he provided a breath sample. He was later booked at ADC.

Arrested- Marshall Fresquez (59 year old male/ Espanola)
Location- N Riverside Dr (Espanola)
Deputies contacted Marshall during a traffic stop and found that his driver's license was revoked due to a previous DUI. He was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested- Salvador Cervantes Ramos (39 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Location- Agua Fria St
Deputies contacted Salvador while he was riding a bike in the road with no lights. He was found to have two outstanding warrants and was arrested. He was later booked at ADC.
Case#2025004919 Revoked Driver’s License 08-22-25

Location: 3200 Block of Zafarano Drive
Arrested: Toby Gonzalez 49 yoa male
Subject was stopped as the vehicle showed it had no insurance. During the stop, the subject was found to be operating the vehicle while his license was revoked due to a prior DWI incident. He was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident. The vehicle was found to be uninsured and did not have current registration.
Case#2025004920 Warrant Arrest 08-22-25

Location: 2700 block of Agua Fria
Arrested: Victor Zayas-Garcia 35 yoa male
The subject was stopped for a traffic offense. He was checked for warrants and found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of the First Judicial District Court for failing to comply with the conditions of his release for a felony shoplifting charge. He was taken to SFADC where he was booked without incident.

Arrested- John Paul Martinez (32 year old male/ Rio Rancho)
Location- Cerrillos Rd/ I25
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle after it nearly struck a Sheriff's Office marked unit. Contact was made with the driver, John Paul Martinez, and he displayed sigs of impairment. He was then arrested, but refused to provide a breath sample. A search warrant was obtained for a blood draw and his blood was drawn at the hospital. He was then booked at the SF ADC.

Location: Old Las Vegas Highway
Arrested: Zachary Rosenberg (35 YOA)
Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a welfare check. While on scene, it was discovered Mr. Rosenberg had two active warrants. He was subsequently placed in custody and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for driving on two flat tires and going the wrong way at a round-a-bout. The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. He provided a breath test and was later booked at the SF ADC.
