Stolen: Coin tray, Radar detector, Taser. (Total Value $350.00)

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Through investigation, it was learned that unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the victim's vehicle and took the above items. No forced entry was discovered.

Pojoaque PD made contact with subject who had an active warant for her arrest. Subject was placed under arrest and booked into SFADC with out incident.

Deputy responded to the SF ADC where it was learned that subject battered three Correctional Officers as they attempted to book her ino the facility. Subject was charged and rebooked on additional charges with out incident.

Warrant service conducted near Lee Ct and Bonyard Virgil Manzanares was located and identified to have an outstanding warrant from Probation and Parole. Mr. Manzanares was booking into ADC without incident.

Traffic stop was conducted on vehicle and the driver was found to have an active SF Municipal warrant for his arrest. Subject was placed under arrest and booked into SFADC with out incident.

SUSPECT ARRIVED AT DISTRICT COURT FOR A HEARING AND WAS FOUND TO HAVE AN ACTIVE WARRANT FOR AGG STALKING. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON WARRANT AND SERVED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE SANTA FE COUNTY ADULT DETETNION CENTER WHERE SHE WAS BOOKED ACCORDINGLY WITH OUT FURTHER INCIDENT.

Arrested: Carla Cervantes 34 yoa female (Santa Fe) & Raquel Salazar 35 yoa female (Santa Fe)

Deptuies responded to assist Poj. Tribal Police who were out with a stolen motor vehicle which was bearing a stolen license plate from a different vehicle. Investigation revealed both females had been driving the stolen vehicle. When interviewed, they had inconsistent stories of how they received the vehicle which was reported stolen by Presbyterian medical group to the City Of Santa Fe Police. Both females did not have any connections to Presbyterian medical group.Both were arrested and booked into SFADC. Ms. Cervantes was also found in possession of methamphetamine during her arrest.

Deputy recognized the subject who had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The subject was arrested and booked on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on a single count of careless driving. 


Case#2023004004/ID Theft/7-5-23

Location: Topping Hills Trail, Santa Fe County, NM

Stolen: Identity

Deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to fraud. Upon arrival, it was learned that on July 3, 2023, the victim saw a “pop-up” ad from what she thought was Amazon saying her account was compromised and being used in nine (9) different states. The victim was provided a phone number to which she called. A male subject identifying himself as “Harry Wilson” convinced her she needed to send him pictures of the front and back of her driver’s license, which she did. It was later discovered by a family member the incident was fraudulent.

Stolen: Alfa Romeo wheels, purple backpack

Deputy was dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary. Once on scene, it was learned unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle and stole four Alfa Romeo wheels and a purple backpack. Surveillance cameras did not capture the incident. Case is under investigation.
