Deputies were dispatched to an assisting ambulance call. Upon arrival, deputies located a male who had various medical conditions who had passed away. Investigation showed the male had passed away from natural causes. OMI came to the scene, and took custody of the deceased male.   


Case#2022005434 Battery HHM 09-20-22

Location: US 84-285/ Calle Don Mesitas (La Puebla/ Arroyo Seco) 

Suspect: Ernesto Sena 42 yoa male (Espanola)

Deputies were dispatched to a reckless driver in the Arroyo Seco area. Upon arrival, it was learned Mr. Sena had become involved in a road rage incident with his wife and her friends. He forced them to pull over. Mr. Sena then approached the vehicle and battered all three occupants. He then fled the scene. A warrant was issued for his arrest by the Honorable Judge John Rysanek. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Alejandro Fernandez-Garcia

The suspect kidnapped, assaulted and battered the victim. An arrest warrant was signed and a approved by a magistrate Judge.


2022005409 / Agg. Assualt Against a household member/ 09/19/2022

Location: Arroyo Nambe/ Summer Road

Suspect: Jesus Roybal (31 years of age)

The suspect assaulted and battered the victim. There was a physical altercation and later the suspect was using his vehicle to hit the victim. An arrest warrant was drafted and approved by a Judge for the suspect.

The victim left art work outside to be shipped and the art work was stolen. The suspect is unknown nd outstanding.

Arrested: Brenda Gallegos 55 yoa female (Santa Fe)

Deputies located the individual at the business. She was found to have two active warrants out of the District Court. She was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident.

Stolen: White iPhone 13

On Friday, September 16th, 2022, deputies responded to a report of a larceny. Contact was made with the victim who advised the above item was stolen on 09-14-2022 between 10:50 am and 11:30 am. Suspect information is pending and this case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Felipe Trujillo, 41 YOM, Santa Fe, NM

On Saturday, September 17th, 2022, deputies responded to the above location in reference to an inmate with an active bench warrant. After the warrant was confirmed to be valid, the male was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On 9-16-22, Deputy Lattin responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center reference to service of an outstanding warrant. Felipe Trujillo was already in-custody at the detention center and was served with the warrant.  


2022005368/ 5369 DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE AND WARRANT SERVICE

LOCATION: 27605 I-25 WEST FRONTAGE ROAD

ARRESTEE: BEJARANO ORDONEZ- 38-YEAR-OLD, H/M, SANTA FE COUNTY RESIDENT.

CHARGES: DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE, NUMEROUS TRAFFIC INFRACTIONS, AND WARRANT SERVICE

On 9-16-2022 at about 7:55 p.m., Deputy Cody Lattin attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle for failure to dim headlamps at the intersection of NM 599 and West Frontage Road. The driver of this vehicle failed to stop for a about a mile and a half with Deputy Lattin attempting the traffic stop. The driver finally stopped and was found to be concealing his identity. The driver was found to be Bejarano Ordonez, who was wanted for a failure to appear warrant out a NMSP. Ordonez was also driving on a revoked license. Ordonez was booked accordingly, without incident.
