A deputy came into contact with Chrystal while on a suspicious person call. She was run for warrants and returned with an outstanding warrant. Chrystal was arrested on the warrant and later booked at the SF ADC.

Location- Cerrillos Rd/ Harrison
A deputy contacted Ellena during a welfare check. While speaking with her, the deputy learned that Ellena had an outstanding warrant. Ellena was arrested on the warrant and later booked at the SF ADC.
Case# 2025004293 - Warrant Service - 7/23/25

Arrested: Gonzalo Morales 25 YOA
Contact was made with the subject during a traffic stop; it was discovered the subject had an outstanding bench warrant for his arrest. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, where he was booked accordingly.
Case #2025004297 / Unattended Death / 07/23/2025

Location: S. Sierra Place
Decedent: 47 YOM
Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to an ambulance assist. Medics arrived with deputies and immediately began life-saving measures, which were ultimately unsuccessful. The decedent had several medical issues, and was known to use narcotics. OMI was requested to the residence and they conducted their investigation. There were no signs of suspicious activity identified.

Arrested- Emmanuel Price (30 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Arrested- Mario Muniz (34 years old/ Santa Fe)
Deputies came into contact with the listed individuals on a traffic stop. Emmanual was found to have an outstanding warrant, and Mario was found to have three outstanding warrants. Both were arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested: Marina Matakovich, 24 YOF
Deputies made contact with the subject while responding to a welfare check. The subject had two active warrants for her for failure to appear on charges of DUI, unlawful use of a license, driving while license revoked, open container, and shoplifting. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

The victim reported to the deputy that unknown persons had unlawfully entered her vehicle and stolen the specified items. This case is under investigation.

Made contact with driver who was arrested for aggravated DWI. He also had two active warrants for his arrest for failing to appear on original charges of Battery (HHM) and Assault (HHM). Subject was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.
2025004237 / Aggravated DWI, Passing in no passing zone / 07-20-2025

Deputy conducted traffic stop after observing the vehicle pass another in a no passing zone. During contact with driver, Deputy noted an odor of an alcoholic beverage and signs of impairment. Driver refused to perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and breath test. He was placed under arrest, transported and booked into jail.

Arrested: Yeremi Orozco Vega 28yoa female
Deputies were flagged down in reference to reckless driver who had almost struck the person. Deputies located the described vehicle moments later, parked with hazard lights engaged. Investigation revealed the driver had operated the vehicle after consuming Twisted Tea at a party. The driver did SFSTs and showed several signs of impairment and was arrested. A breath test revealed a BRaC of .14,.14. She was booked into SFADC without incident.
