During a traffic stop, Deputy identified Ms. Aragon as having an active warrant for her arrest for failing to appear on original charge of falsely obtaining service. She was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop and learned Mr. Atencio had an active warrant for his arrest for Failing to appear in court on a traffic violation. Mr. Atencio was placed under arrest and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.
Case #2025005118/ Bribery of a Witness/ Battery/ Criminal Damage to Property/ Battery on a Household Member/ 8/31/25

Arrested- Marlon Ruiz-Ayala (23 year old male/ Santa Fe) (arrested for Bribery of a Witness/ Battery/ Criminal Damage to Property)
Arrested- Mia Fast Horse (23 year old female/ Santa Fe) (arrested for Criminal Damage to Property/ Battery on a Household Member)
Location- Vista Del Monte (Santa Fe)
Deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at a residence. Upon arrival, all parties were interviewed. After a thorough investigation, it was determined that Marlon Ruiz-Ayala made inappropriate advances towards a juvenile female on scene. He then attempted to give her money for her to not disclose what happened. When the victim's sister, Mia, found out, she confronted Marlon and began physically assaulting him. Mia pushed Marlon out of the house. While locked out of the house, Marlon slashed two tires on Mia's vehicle. Mia observed this, exited the residence, and slashed a tire on Marlon's vehicle. Both Marlon and Mia were arrested on separate offenses.

Bonifacio was contacted during a traffic stop, and found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested and transported to the SF ADC where he was booked.
Case #2025005103/ Possession of a Controlled Substance/ Aggravated Fleeing/ Resisting Evading/ DUI/ Careless Driving/ 8/30/25

Arrested- Angelo Gutierrez (35 year old male/ Espanola)
Location- 84/285/ Red Hawk
Deputies were dispatched to a reckless driving report involving a black Cadillac. The vehicle was reported to be swerving out of its lane and nearly striking other vehicles. A short time later, a second call reported the same Cadillac had been involved in a hit-and-run. The vehicle was later located traveling northbound on US 84-285. A multi-agency pursuit followed, involving Pojoaque Police and the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office. The Cadillac continued to drive erratically and eventually came to a stop near Red Hawk Ct after striking a guardrail. A high-risk stop was conducted, and the driver was taken into custody with assistance from Española Police and NM State Police. The suspect was found in possession of a large quantity of cash, bundled in a manner consistent with narcotics distribution. A narcotics K9 positively alerted to the vehicle’s trunk. The vehicle was sealed for evidence, towed pending a search warrant. Angelo was later booked at the SF ADC.

Johnny was contacted during a traffic stop and found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested on the warrant and booked into the SF ADC.

Arrested- Charles Lawrence (41 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Location- Cerrillos Rd/ Calle Del Cielo
Deputies contacted Charles on a suspicious person call. Charles provided false information to deputies, due to him having two active warrants. Eventually, his identity was discovered. Charles was arrested on the warrants and concealing identity. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Contact was made with the subject during an investigation; the subject was known to have an active warrant for her arrest. The subject was taken into custody on bench warrant and booked at SFADC.

Arrested- Derrell Lopez (24 year old male/ Coalmine Canyon AZ)
Location- Airport Rd/ Paseo Del Sol
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for failing to maintain its lane. Upon contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DUI. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided a breath sample that was above a 0.16 BAC. He was later booked into the SF ADC.
