Victim: 40 YOA

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to fraud.  The victim paid $500.00 through Apple Pay, believing the funds were going towards a down payment for a vehicle purchase, through Facebook Messanger.  The Facebook page was identified as "Fabuloso Sab" and the phone number is no longer in service.  The vehicle was allegedly located in Cordova, NM.


Case #2025001204 / Unattended Death / 02/26/2025

Location: 300 BLK NM-76

Decedent: 35 YOF

Deputies responded to a call for service inreference to an unattended death.  The decedent was last seen at approximately 10:00 pm the night prior.  The following morning, the decedent was observed breathing inconsistently with mucus around her mouth.  She was driven to the hospital where she was reported deceased.  Criminal Invetsigations is currently investigating.


Case #2025001210 / Fraud - ID Theft / 02/26/2025

Location: 100 BLK Rancho Viejo Blvd.

Stolen: $25,000

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to fraud.  It was discovered the reporting person fell victim to a phishng scam.   The suspect advised the victim he was attempting to help her recover funds that were taken out of her bank account. The victim's personal information was also compromised.


Case #2025001213 / Aggravated Stalking/ Warrant Arrest

Assigned- Deputy V. Baca

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- Old Santa Fe Trail

Arrested- Alonzo Moya Jr.  (34 year old male/ Santa Fe)

Deputies were dispatched to a residence in referenc to a restraining order violation. The caller reported that his son, Alonzo Moya Jr, was at the residence and had just battered him and took his cell phone. Moya Jr. had an active restraining order preventing him from being at the residence. Moya Jr. was contacted and placed under arrest. He was also found to have an outstanding warrant. He was booked at ADC on the warrant and charges.


Case #2025001206 / Stolen Motor Vehicle/ 2-26-25

Assigned- Deputy D. Rodriguez

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- Josephine Rd (I25 E Frontage Rd)

Stolen- White 2007 Cadillac Escalade (NM-BGPX08)

Caller reported that on 2/25/25 he left for work and when he retured home his vehicle had been stolen. The vehicle is a white 2007 Cadillac Escalade bearing NM- BGPX08 and it has dark tinted windows with a UNM sticker in the rear.


Case #2025001200 Warrant Arrest

Arrested: WIlliam Guinn 35 yoa male (MORA)

Subject was identified on a traffic stop and found to have an active warrant for his arrest issued by the Rio Arriba Magistrate Court for fail to pay fines in relation to traffic offense. Subject was arrested and booked without incident. 


Case# 2025001195-1199 WARRANT ARREST X3 AND POSSESSION OF A C.S. X1

Location: Camino Consuelo (Santa Fe)

Arrested: Eriq Valerio 

Subject was identified during the course of a traffic stop and found to have 3 active warrants for his arrest. He was placed into custody and found to be in possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into SFADC. 


Case# 2025001081 / Unattended Death / 2-25-25

Assigned: J. Thomas

Entering: Cpl. F. Hernandez 

Location: NM 475

Deceased: Robert Bridges JR (64 YOA MALE)

Deputies responded to location in reference to a deceased male. Paramedics arrived prior to Deputies and determined the decedent was beyond help. The Office of the Medical Investigator was contacted to conduct an investigation. No signs of foul play observed or suspected.


Case #2025001178 / Wire Fraud/Embezzlement/ 2/25/25

Assigned- Deputy M. Sanchez

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- Haozous Rd/ NM 14

Victim stated he was selling a Can-Am side-by-side on Facebook Marketplace. An intrested party advised he would wire money to the victim, and have the side-by-side picked up. The victim believed the money had been transferred, so he let the Can-Am be picked up. It wasn't until later, he realized the money was not transferred. The investigation is still ongoing.


Case#2025001165/Warrant Service/2-24-25

Assigned:P Blea

Entering: Sgt. C Valencia

Location: 225 Montezuma Ave, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Raymond Garcia, 64YOM, Albuquerque, NM

Deputies made contact with the subject at the above location. During the encounter it was learned the subject had a warrant for his arrest. Subject was placed under arrest, transported, and booked accordingly without incident. Original charge for warrant- DUI.
