Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a battery upon a peace officer. Surveillance video corroborated the victim's statements. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on a charge of Aggravated Battery on a Peace Officer.

On Wednesday April 5, 2023, a Deputy was sent to Northview Trail in Edgewood in reference to a welfare check. Upon entering the location a male was found deceased. There were no signs of foul play odserved by the Deputy or OMI when they arrived at the location.The death appeared to be of natural causes. Next of kin was notified.
