Subject was stopped for a traffic violation and found to have an active warrant for her arrest issued by the Sandoval County Magistrate Court for failure to appear on the original charge of operatiing a motor vehicle while revoked. Subject was arrested and booked without incident.

Incident Location Judy Kay Rd (Edgewood, NM)
Deputy responded to the above area for an assistance call. On scene, deputies learned the suspect had battered and assaulted a household member. She was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facilty. There, she was booked accordingly and without incident.

Deputies responded to the above area for a report of a 70YO male who was not conscious and not breathing. Upon arrival, it was determined the male was beyond any life-saving measures. OMI was summoned and it was later found that the male passed away due to natural causes. No foul play was observed.

Arrested: Monique Maes 41 yoa female (Santa Fe)
Depitues were dispatched to a roll over crash at NM 14/ Fire Pl. During investigation, Ms. Maes was located in the vehicle, highly intoxicated. Ms. Maes was found to have been operating the vehicle in a careless manner which caused the crash. Ms. Maes refused all testing and was arrested. After receiving a medical clearance, she was taken to the SFADC, where she was booked in without incident.

Stolen: 2022 Crusier bumper pull camper trailer.
Deputies dispatched to the location in reference to a stolen vehicle. Deputies were advised sometime between Wednesday March 29, 2023 and Friday Mach 31, 2023, unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and stole the above listed camper trailer. No suspect information at this time.

Arrested: Samantha Sanchez, 47 YOA female, Albuquerque NM
Deputies dispatched to the area reference a reckless driver. Deputies located the vehicle in the area. Deputies observed signs of impairment on the driver. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Victim said he left his 2009, white, Mitsubishi passenger car at a friends house on 3/31/23. The vehicle was no loger at the location on 4/1/2023. It is unknown who may have taken the vehicle. This incident is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe County ADC in reference to a battery upon a Corrections Officer. Deputies viewed surveillance video that corroborated the victim's statements. Suspect was booked into Santa Fe County ADC for Battery Upon a Peace Officer.

On Friday, March 31, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a breaking and entering. Contact was made with the victim and they advised unknown suspects broke a dog door to enter a residence. It doesn't appear anything was taken from the location. This incident remains under investigation.

On Friday, March 31, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an identity theft. Contact was made with the vicitm who advised an unknown person used their identity to apply for unemployment benefits. This case remains under investigation.
