Subject was stopped for a license plate violation. Subject was found to have an active warrant for his arrest and when placed in handcuffs, he was found in possession of blue (Fentenyl) pills in his possession. Suject was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident.

Subject forced entry through front door to residence. When Deputies arrived on scene, Subject attempted to flee but was apprehended. While being placed under arrest subject attempted to bite Deputy Martinez on his arm. Subject was placed in the back of the patrol car where she began kicking, casuing damage to the inside of the vehicle.

Deputy responded to an assisting ambulance call of a male passed out behind the wheel of a running vehicle.
Deputy began a DWI investigation. Driver refused SFST's and was placed under arrest after impairment was observed.
